Mannn DD is Russian Roulette. I decided to go through hell and raise my AR to be at platinum. Had one good week, next think I know I’m sitting in front of chipotle declining bad orders while someone else pulls up and gets the catering orders.
So was there a tip on the $9.75 burriot order? I'm guessing no? Time to order a bag of dicks from Amazon to deliver to that trash human. If I'm gonna waste money, I will get the satisfaction of knowiing I did it sending you a bag of dicks.
I see those 15 mile deliveries every day in my market, going all highway to another town, seperated by a river and nothing but corn and wheat fields.. then 15 miles back because the town is tiny country farm town, but they built lots of new neighborhoods there, so everyone orders door dash. only one way down there and back a choke point because of the river. It is insane. only a couple of people tip well enough that live out there. and during 5pm traffic, forget it !! the entire interstate is stop and go traffic all the way across the whole bridge.
Got tip baited for the first time ever. She ordered a bunch of booze and kid clothes i had to shop. It was a lot. She said 43 dollar tip. Well she changed it to a buck. Good thing im not a bad person so next time i deliver im gonma give her the dollar back and say tip or dont tip i dont care but this dollar bs is a slap in the face and then customer service cant tell me why she removed it. Her order was perfect so ef her
Those multi orders sent by walmart are bs and i never shop more than 1 order at a time and 3 pick ups at a time. I dont care if your care runs on water dont take them walmart needs to charge there cuatomers morw to pay us a decent delivery fee
Yeah, i did it my first time around 3 days ago when i just started dashing. Only one place out of my almost 40 deliveries has asked me to do it. Very odd. But i see your point.

I commented on another video from another doordasher. I believe DoorDash is watching all this videos and they are taking notes. Many influencers are saying $1 per mile is great. Well DoorDash is listening.
Yes, I fill the drinks because I was under the understanding that I was suppose to do it. when I picked up the order I was told that I had to get the drink. I was like well OK!
You either do it or don’t bother going back to that place. These poorly compensated workers WILL remember you and they WILL make your day more difficult. You need to keep track of these places so you know what to expect. If they do it once 99% they’ll do it next time.

I’m back down to 8% from nine. It’s been a minute since I had a double digit AR. I had and I have every intention of raising it to Like early 20s. I was doing real well with it at that. And yet I still got some very good orders. I know if I drove down to the mall area where they have Applebee’s and Chili’s and all that (even a good hibachi place whose name escapes me at the moment) I’d probably get more orders on slower days. Especially as hard as it is to schedule in the daylight when I can actually see this time of year in my area. I look forward to the summer and then it gets here and not only is it really hot 😂 but the traffic going what’s normally like seven minutes over the bridge to the towns right on the (ocean- I’m by the bay) water.. and sometimes the bridge is up for boats… every block you gotta stop and watch for pedestrians at the blinking lights. Streets are one-way. So anyway yeah then I sometimes start looking forward to fall. But I forget how damn hard it is to schedule. But yeah, I’d rather get out early and go a little further for better offers then be bringing somebody soggy food half an hour away for pennies. When you take whatever they send you - if they do send you something on the way back, I used to end up an hour from home. To those of you who do this full-time… mad respect to you from moi! I haven’t had too many issues at restaurants nor with customers…. But dealing with the traffic all day and the crazy drivers… I don’t even know if I was 100% healthy if I could deal with that Shizz - even for eight hours a day… and I know some of you do a lot more than that. 😊
I don’t blame you for declining! I’m sure in some areas AR matters more than other areas but aside from anything else like wear and tear sometimes for less, and sometimes for a dollar or two more would you rather be driving 15 miles (each way to get back to the area) and take that long to get another order or have to sit a little longer and take one for a few miles for More money… or sometimes even if it’s a dollar less… or be done with that first order already and get a good or better (based on the average typical order) order OR even possibly as MadDasher420 would say, maybe even one with a hidden tip that ends up being a * certified banger!* 😊
Or, you just wait until all the platinum drivers are busy driving 10 miles during rush hour for $3.25 and then you scalp up what they are too busy to accept.

First offer waz 10 bucks 3.9 miles second offer was 10.25 1.9 miles. And it went up 2 bucks lol. Ill let them platinum dashers enjoy their 30 percent off on Monday for personal dd orders lol
No I’m not filling drinks up. For one safety of the customer, I keep my hands clean and sanitized but I still touched the door handle and whatever else in the restaurant w/o sanitizer. For two it’s not my mf’n job lol.. You get the food ready I deliver it… I’ve told wingstop no before. That’s wild…
You are extremely misguided if you think these folks are back there practicing proper hygiene. They may wash their hands after the bathroom but that’s about it. No one is setting a 20 minute timer for handwashing like they are trained. If they have to do register they just go back to food. If they are doing window they just go back to food. Our hands are probably cleaner than theirs cause we aren’t dealing with raw or uncooked food. It’s a good argument for not doing their work for them sure but if they can’t fill up a soda you really expect they are washing hands properly.

My boi, my acceptance rate went down to 73 and I already lost my Platinum once lol. 😊 I was on drive by time. It sent me out to Destin. About 10 mi away. And then it tried to give me a 19 mi on earned by the time. That thing will have me like an hour and a half away from my house. I accepted it. But I did a 300 IQ move and called her. I said this is going to have me about 2 hours away from my house and if you ain't got a good tip on there, I'm going to have to let someone else waste their time.... For you!
Yea i pulled up to kfc and they was talking 25 minutes on fresh original chicken. I called the customer asked if she could take crispy she no whoever it was for couldnt eat it or whatever. It was 7.00 bucks for 3 miles. She asked me if i would wait I said honestly no I wouldn’t and would be unassigning it.
