I don't know how this guy is super talented to explain this complex content in such a simple way!!!!. I am a UX UI designer with few years of experience but I was struggling with choosing the color palettes and I think most of the designer face this problem. I read through some of the article/ books recap the color theory once again , dig down hot to choose color palletes but I was still struggling to use color palletes in my design in right way. I am shocked, speechless , happy and don't know exact words how can I express my emotion what I am feeling now after watching this video and clearing the concept.
This was very helpful information. Im not quite all the way through, so this may get answered. Or maybe it was answered in the chat. But do you recommend creating fictitious case studies of clients that you are looking to attract. Or will this cause more harm then good, since you do necessarily have PROOF that it worked or any metrics, but I do think it might give them a taste of what you can do and solve for them still. For more context to my question, I would be in the Brand & Logo Identity arena, as well as some Marketing solutions. Thanks for this.
I guess my alternative would not be to do fictitious but to opt for Free service/Upwork and use it instead. I guess both would work, the second here would clearly be more impactful for the realness factor. Again thanks for everything, you guys rock!
I appreciate the work that is put into your videos and you are a good teacher, but, ... Can you wink less? (maybe not at all) It's hard to concentrate on the message. Thanks!
Thanks so much for the review! So much love and so many good points and things to work on. I welcome more comments if you see anything else that needs improvement.
So if I got this right. The creative agency basically starts and goes into production and creates still images representing how the animation will look and feel but without starting animation? And after the client decides on what they want the project to look like then they proceed with animation?
@TheFuturAcademy Thankyou for such insightful session on portfolio presentation tips. I would also like to share my portfolio for review and would love to get your expert feedback. Where can I share my portfolio ?
4:48 He missed an opportunity here. Since he only adjusted the margins and not the number of columns, he could have selected "Adjust Layout" in the Margins & Columns window before hitting OK and the objects on each page using that master would have shifted to the new columns. Still a good idea to double check each page, but this would have greatly reduced having to make all those manual adjustments for every object on every page.
4 years after, this still a gold mine of valuable informations. I especially would like to highlight that having 2 specialists is just crushing it! I've seen so many videos where ther is 1 person saying this saying that... but most of it feels like kind of a joke at the very end because: 01. 1 person only get the trust you give him 02. I'm talking about very famous chanels here. Those people doesn't even follow "the rules" they are giving. Sometimes because it's made for people that are procrastinating, so well... not gonna to be very valuable content, but damnly basic stuff like 1+1=2. And sometimes they are just trying to look like they are top highest damn good designers... but when you look at their website, they don't do what the tell to do, and the exemple they tooks (and criticized) where in fact just way better than their own work... So thank you so much to the intervenant and all what they gave to us, and thank you for this video 🙏
This is an amazing video, exactly what I needed to know! I couldn't find another video which gives a detailed and clear example on how to use a palette for assets and UI design, so thank you very much!
