Thanks, your video explained how to reset my tripped circuit breaker. I couldn't understand why after my power had gone out and almost immediately came on my lights weren't turning back on. You showed me how to look for/notice that it's not necessarily in the complete on or off position and to go on from there (I had thought all my switches were in the on position but on coser inspection they were not). Thanks

These schools have some shitty conduit techniques. Wow that offset with a 90 is the best almost obvious technique. Thank you

First step, get a leader for your fish tape. Second step, get a milk crate for the wire spools. The ladder is tippy and the axel isn't level.And obviously you don't pull wire in a short run like this. You probably mentioned it but I didn't watch because I've pulled a million miles of wire and I'm sick of it.
@nathanscandella6075
@nathanscandella6075 5 месяцев назад
An unweighted ladder is tippy, but you can certainly weight it to be more stable. A low axle on a milkcrate is a problem for conduit this height because the wire enters at an angle that drags along a sharp-ish edge. Obviously, all these problems can be mitigated, and the pull can be done more than one way.

What if I reset the circuit after I blew a fuse of too many things plugged in at once. But now after resetting, the entire wall of outlets no longer works even though the switch is toggled on. I fear you will say this is a huge electrical issue because financially I won’t be able to afford this . I rent an apartment and worried I caused permanent expensive damage to the electric

Thank you so much! So simple but I wasn’t aware that there was a middle position, making it necessary to turn the breaker off before turning it on. My panel is relatively new and I don’t remember the old breakers having the middle position. Is that “new”? As someone with a dad and two brothers whose careers are in the electrical field, it was killing me that I couldn’t figure out a simple tripped breaker and I DID NOT want to call my brother and feel completely stupid. RU-vid videos for the win!
