Good stuff guys. Sometimes its good to throw a leader on there with either string or just a piece of wire as well that way you don't have to detach from the fish tape each time. But good stuff I enjoy the videos.

Great video, really informative. Just one question, I'm studying up to be an electrician and I can't find what the term stagger means. He said he needed 2 to 3inches of stagger. Not sure what he means

Hey There! The stagger he is referring to is the space between the wires, he staggers them out. Meaning, he created inches of space between their end points. So, if you see how the black wire is longer than the white, and then the white wire is longer than the red, that's staggering. Here's how dictionary.com defines stagger: to arrange otherwise than at the same time, especially in a series of alternating or continually overlapping intervals: They planned to stagger lunch hours so that the cafeteria would not be rushed.
