Great review. I want to buy a replacement for my broken jig saw. That Black and Decker looks great for home use. Certainly, the orbital sawing action is a must. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to pay these low prices in Japan.
Nice review. Just started looking into chair mats and like the idea of glass over plastic. But here in the UK options are very limited and they all seem to be located in the USA so shipping costs are high. I have seen it is possible to get tempered glass replacement table tops in various sizes and the same thickness as the marketed chair mats but for a quarter of the price. Now I'm curious to know if tempered glass is the same whether it's for a table top or a chair mat! Surely tempered glass would offer the same strength properties whatever it's used for
If you reinforce the garage door so it won't open... great... but did you reinforce the window and the man door? You're simply just trying to annoy and slow the person down enough to makem say enough of that and move to the next house unfortunately.
I would recommend buying stainless steel or 100% brass bolts, washers, and nuts. Brass coated hardware is not acceptable, it must be 100% brass. Best not to mix metal types (all stainless steel or all brass) as that can cause a chemical reaction that causes corrosion over time. Doing this will enable one to at least occasionally add some chemical cleaner in the tank without corroding the hardware.
I've had great support from Korky - I put in their strong ARM handles and I needed a chain part - they just sent it right out - no fuss. I replaced my American Standard Champion 4 flush valves with their 3" - 4" kit and it made the toilets better than brand new.
I started with yolink 4 yrs ago. I've added a hub to wifi in truck, this gives me wireless truck security, mostly vibration sensor is used. Great system!
Please provide details, I am trying to keep my home maintained and need to do whatever I can myself. Size and name screw?, what drill bit? Do I also need glue?
I have the Dewalt. It make really clean cuts. I came from the very expensive hobby of photography. So spending $200 on a Sale also getting a battery and charger free seemed cheap for a quality tool. AS a home DIYer it should last a lifetime. But you also have the Bauer line at Harbour Freight. I find that the older you get, the less you want to mess around with "beginner" quality power tools.
I really don't like how the korky toilet kit, comes with that thick rubber that causes my tank to rock, now I got to have that kit taken off and replaced 😢
Taping it on first is genius! Was racking my brain trying to figure out how to hold it steady while I get it centered and get the first few holes in. Thanks!
This wss a good tutorial for the installation but i don't like this fan because the remote is buggy and the fan doesn't respond always to the remote i can't deal with that. I cannot have a fan that responds off and on or experience a ridiculously long delay before it actually does anything.
They are professional grade. My fluidmasyer made the same noise for years. It eventually wouldn't close fast enough and would make that fart noise for 5 seconds. I did get another fluidmaster for free from my stepfather. Fixed 4 now
Is there any clear item you can put over the inside garage remote when you use your inside sliding lock on the garage door to prevent you from hitting garage remote opening until you slide the medal lock from your inside garage door to prevent any damage. I hope I typed this right. The reason I’m asking this my friend closed the medal inside garagHeavy Duty Inside Deadlocke medal lock on the garage. She forgot she locked the medal sliding lock and hit the inside remote to open the garage door with the sliding medal lock on the garage. Well it got damaged when she tried to open the garage up using the inside remote and the Heavy Duty Inside Deadlock was still locked. Is the any clear cover you can put on the inside remote to remind you the Heavy Duty Inside Deadlock is on to slide it back before opening the remote for the garage. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Cindy
I've never heard of Korky or seen it in the store. I've installed many Fluidmaster valves, and notice that their quality is seemingly getting worse. I just replace one that was 'ghost filling' for no apparent reason. It was only about 3 years old. Maybe I'll try a Korky if the situation arises again.
