I’m so sad with this mother. I feel her heart. I was a single mother raising sons alone and one shot an robbed a man at a store an I almost had a nervous breakdown at the courthouse when they gave his tall grown man behind 10-15 years. Not one of his buddies or his dad visited him one time. Nor sent him a dime. It was all on me. The sending of clothes money visits petitioning the courts for an early release. It was horrible. I made time with my son. I had horrible nightmares of him being raped murdered etc. all kinds of horrible things. I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown bc I couldn’t sleep. I made time with him. I was a wreck for all those years. His dad never visited him or any other relatives it was just me and my two younger daughters. Pityful.
