I wonder if Zayn would’ve held out for the fifth album, he would’ve be happier, because they seemed to have more freedom and he would most likely have been able to have more of his type of music mixed in. Made in the AM is so eclectic. It’s my favorite album for that reason. There’s influences from the Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Imagine Dragons…a little bit of everything. Some R&B would’ve fit right in. If they had just been marketed as a band to begin with instead of some formula. Their music is pretty awesome. They sound so good together. I know they may have gone their separate ways permanently, but it’s shame when I think of the music that could have been.
Zayn's pain in this video makes me want to tear up. If they do come back, they should come back with the best management team. They needed more freedom. The management they had was terrible. It makes me feel heartbroken. Just think about it. "They deserve the world, but the world doesn't deserve them."
They def bonded as friends but they just had different music genres, and that’s okay. They grew, they were so young and they just grew into different people and that’s okay 💚

It does irritate me when people say they don’t want to be there, you have an opportunity TRILLIONS would die for, why take that opportunity from someone else? That’s why it’s best to just keep your mouth shut and don’t complain. Became millionaires before hitting their 20’s, seeing countries some of us never seen, why do individuals do this and take that opportunity that could have made someone else less fortunate happy?
Well if it wasn’t for 1D there wouldn’t be a Zayn. All for 1D he met 4 amazing friends, All for 1D they all got famous, All for 1D world fell in love with them, 1D gave him and others everything they got rich they got fame they had amazing opportunities, they traveled, they met so many people, they lived a life almost no one as a bunch of friends can live, so first of all there should be unlimited gratitude for 1D. But 1D came at a cost, any business under a good management do better, 1D didn’t give louis much parts to sing it is of course because he wasn’t confident in himself, Atleast that wasn’t a behind the scenes thing, zayn didn’t get to put his lines in songs, no one knows unless they tell us, so that’s just normal for a management to set things like that, also 1D came at a cost of not being able to be around family and friends much, but it all worth it, where 1D took them. Zaynes decision to leave was devastating, thought at first it threw the boys out of the door not knowing where to go, it made them strong, they came back stronger. I think they started off at the best age , they took a break at a best age, and it made as an individual artist they all broke their shells and became much better at a better age, before 30 early 30s they even stabilised their career even in solo. I think these guys are the luckiest.
Tbh I understand where he's coming from. As a British Pakistani myself, around the same age and growing up in a similar background, we mostly listened to r&b/hip-hop music. Even in his audition, he was singing Let me love you by Mario. To go from that to being in a band, singing pop music for kids/early teens was never going to be easy. I could tell he tried but was uncomfortable with the singing and dancing, just look at his dancing in the Best song ever video, its very awkward. He was 18/19 years old but had to sing songs for a younger audience, when he wanted to put out more mature songs. His music since leaving the band shows where his passion really was.
Band is been made musicians themself , not by sitting judge in some reality by force This is wat happen when musicians are forced upon to gang to give some hits
I so hope the friendship was never really a lost cause, like it will be always there no matter how he seemed to have drifted away. What they have accomplished together is mind boggling. I wouldn't dare say Zayn was wrong to leave, it was just sad that he endured years of staying with a heavy heart because of artistic differences. Each of them have a solid fan base, people who stayed with them as individual artists is proof of the gift each one of them owns. I love and support the 5 of them. Fingers crossed, who wouldn't want to see them together again on stage even for just a night's show....
