I am sure this is tasty and perfectly fine to consume if you are already lean, but in no way is this a "weight loss snack". If you are already overweight, this is a terrible "weight loss" idea...... LOL It would be significantly more productive for you to focus on a combination of daily exercises you can perform consistently for 20 minute intervals at a time ***without injury*** and for 60 minutes total, combined with a steady regiment of <=1800 calories. It does not make enough of a health-impacting difference that you made these with whole wheat tortillas and natural peanut butter. Eating ultra, calorie-dense peanut butter-banana tortillas 'tO lOsE wEiGhT'...................................... either you already knew this would be bad advice and you posted it anyway, OR you know absolutely nothing at all about nutrition and tried to make a health-based RU-vid chanel for the dumbest reasons. I am not trying to review bomb you, as you certainly could have a great RU-vid chanel for "healthy, high calorie meals" if you would just be more honest and try harder to provide greater, in-depth nutritional advice. And if that is what you end up doing, I will be your first supporter/cheerleader!!! But first, please stop with this high calorie, unhealthy nonsense that is geared towards kind-hearted, overweight people who want to work hard to be in control of their health.

Thanks for the feedback!🙃 I actually made these roll-ups with whole wheat tortillas and natural peanut butter, so they have more fiber and protein, and less added sugar and salt. It's a great way to get some complex carbs for energy and healthy fats for satiety. 🤗 👍

Ohhhhhhhhh.. I'm a TOTAL fan of oats, and am always on the lookout for new recipes. Will definitely try this out. One question - I normally eat steel cut oats for breakfast. Is there any way I can make this with steel cut oats?

Looks great ! I'd like to try it. We don't use the metric system so I need to estimate' the quantity of the ingredients. Maybe, one day I'll see a similar recipe with "Decimal" system (Teaspoon, Tablespoon, Ounces, etc.)

I love gochugaru, but this lightly dried chilli I picked up at Coles added a similar kick, and I figured it wouldn't hurt to offer an alternative.

You're right! I actually got a little creative and added a trio of beans to the rice - black, borlotti, and white. It's a common thing in Korean cooking, and I thought it might add some extra texture and flavor. What do you think? 🙃

쉬는날 만들어서 너무너무 맛있게 먹었어요 👍 감사합니다 그런데 소스 비율을 최대한 맞춘다고 했는데 영상보다 엄청 꾸덕하게 나와서 볶을때 눌어붙고 살짝 탔어요 이럴때 소스에 미리 물 살짝 타서 부어도 될까요?? 아니면 다른 방법이 있을까요 다음에 또 해먹으려구요!
