I started learning web design long time ago, and I actually graduated as a web developer (front end developer). I learned HTML and CSS first, before getting acquainted with Phy and Mysql. But then WordPress happened and things took a new turn!
Nowadays you don't need to learn all of that to be a successful web designer / web developer, with tools like Elementor Pro and the many excellent addons that gravitate in its eco-system (yes I'm looking at you Crocoblock!) as well as top notch Wordpress themes (such as the Astra Wp theme).
I would personally use Local Wordpress.. Make everything there and just upload the website live once it's done on Local... I still don't understand why I need to waste my time as a beginner learning figma ... so, thank you!

at 6:56 the face looks much the same, but it seem mostly all the fine texture in the shirt is gone. though, that is still very impressive for 107 times reduction
