You are a true blessing that light was a pain. I have a son who is bedridden and we turned our dining room to a hospital room for him we we hang out and pretty much sleep in the living room and the TV light makes it hard to sleep and by me watching this you help me fix it. Thank you.
@@Carolinakid1984 How long have you had the television? I finally had to retire mine because the screen started turning dark aka screen of death. However, I had my TCL for more than 10 years!
Unfortunately, that seems to be a same code/frequency issue Your LED lights remote conflicts with Roku remote it sounds like. I haven't done much research on this issue because it hasn't happened until very recently with this household, but I may try to find the answers in the near future, so check back!
I'm not sure why they even have that light on there in the first place. I think at the very least, it should be highly noted when the tv is set up and optional.
Thank you so much! I have been having to put a towel in front of it every night. Was going to try to use black electric tape and cover it up but that would probably prevent the remote from working.
Most likely the black tape would have interfered with the remote. I used a towel as well, but that also seemed to interfere with the remote. Just glad you no longer have to deal with that, and you are very welcome!
It's the network connected to your tv. Even after it's shut down, the network is still connected and can take up to 5 minutes before that light stops flashing!
On the remote or television? If you are running LED color lights, they are most likely interfering with your television's power light. I may try to do a video on it if I can find a solution, so you might check back?
