@allenmouldey7784 well, the 360 Buckhammer is a true 0.358" diameter bullet unlike the 350 legend which uses a 0.355" diameter bullet or 9mm bullets. You could reload 357 Magnum bullets in the 360 Buckhammer.
I'd like to try those 178 Shockhammers for my .35 Remington. I currently load the Speer 180 grain FN and get wonderful accuracy with velocity over 2400. Still shows low pressure index. What pressure readings do you get with the 2500+ velocity? Your Buckhammer makes a very nice 200 yard elk rifle. You're on par with the .358 Winchester, ballistically.
I'm revisiting some vids of this cartridge again bc I had forgotten all about it for a while. Awesome load. I'm remembering why it stuck out in my mind now.
@thereindeertherabbitthebat592 my honest opinion. I would avoid this cartridge until the designer can figure out why some of the cases are splitting [I was seeing 1 in 5 cases splitting with brand new virgin Starline brass reformed].
was able to buy this riflescope new from a dealer for an incredible 500€. It is much better than my other, recently purchased VORTEX STRIKE EAGLE 5-25x56 EBR-7C for 850€
According to old school there is no copper fowling in a barrel. If copper remover can remove copper it may damage other metals. The barrel will seat and stay that way. The government has shot millions of rounds and copper fowling does not happen and if there was a report would have been done on it.
@FranklinMarshal-wj1jg Yes, the 220gr Maker expands greatly in the 8.6BLK. Since the 8.6BLK has limited case capacity compared to larger centerfire rounds, I would agree on limiting the shots to 300 yards or so.
@@AP2020_Outdoors I have a 20” barrel for my 6.8W, but I’ve been contemplating on purchasing an additional 6.8W with either a 24” or 26” barrel. Any suggestions or recommendations?
Hey great channel, I have the scope also, but where did you get the cable, I can find the power supply but not the cable, any help would be appreciated, thanks
@@AP2020_Outdoors I buy full auto rated titanium cans so I never have to think about it ever in any situation. Why restrict yourself when you don’t have to via so many options. If it was a massive saving maybe it would make sense but it’s not. So imo poor engineering led to sub par spec compared to competition.
@HangtownTactical I am cycling the bolt back and forth via the charging handle to compare the relative "noise" of a buffer spring versus the JP Enterprises SCS.
I’ve found that Krag Jorgensen rifles in good condition are generally very good shooting rifles. On top of it, you will NEVER find another bolt action as smooth.

I just bought a couple pounds of Grand myself for my 6.8. Curious to see if I can get more consistent velocities compared to Magpro. Interested to see your full video when posted.
@user-vj2wt7jh7j not so much a LOUD sonic boom as opposed to a distant sonic crack. Now if I were next to highly reflective objects like a building or trees, yes the sound would be less tolerable.
I swear bro you and this guy that does crabbing what's on my shorts all the time have to be family because y'all talk a lot alike look a lot alike and I guarantee you know who I'm talking about
