Not only am I thankful for the Relay podcasts being an interest that my brother and I have in common but this live show ended up getting my whole family on our first European vacation ever. We made so many memories. So happy my brother and I got to celebrate Relay in person. ❤

Having been in the room that night and getting to relive this whole experience is very touching and seeing all of the hosts and especially Myke and Stephen reflect the feelings that I as a listener have had these past 7 years, really touches my soul. Being podcasters, you're intimately familiar with their voice but seeing the facial expressions as well makes it that bit more visceral. Bravo Ian, Myke, Stephen and the entire Relay team. Grateful to have this gorgeous postcard to a beautiful evening.
What a self back patting for something that is not even important and I am a listener since last 8 years. It's not as big as a deal as everyone is making it seem.
Relay has been a big presence in my life and a not insignificant part in who I am and what my life looks like today (especially The Pen Addict, Make Do, and supporting St. Jude every September), so huge congratulations on 10 years and my thanks. 🎉 The amount of times you hear words like friend, family, community, support, passion and so on here speaks to the heart at the core of Relay, great job capturing this Ian.

How did you acquire this board? I am looking on mechmarket and I haven't seen one of this color and brass weight. Is it a dark grey or black color? How much can i expect to spend 2 years after its release? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm obsessed with this board!!
@@corrections I was in on the group buy for this board myself. This is indeed the Grey color, not black. I would look at the most recent MechMarket listings that are marked as sold to see what prices are. Great board, still love using mine. Hope you find one!

But how do they shine compared to gmk. I've seen some mixed comments - some people say the shine less, or take more time to shine compared to gmk, yet I've seen pictures of dcx wob sets where the shine pattern looked awful, almost as if the surface of the caps was treated with some additonal coat of shiny plastic that becomes horribly washed out once the shine kicks in.
@@_IanOfEarth personally I love how 60-65% looks over TKL'S. RIght now i have a wooting 60he with mod tap on the caps key so my number row can become f row whenever I want. I know this keyboard is meant for gamers but holy wow can you make loads of shortcuts with the wootility software. I even have mod tap on "+ and -" I set them to volume up and down. this keyboard is def endgame but I still seem to want other keyboards ( bad spending habits ig)

A white whale indeed! I reckon your best bet would to be checking out your local keyboard scene and seeing if someone would assembly it for you for a nominal fee. You can also search "Keyboard Build Service" and there are streamers and content creators that offer that too, but likely for more money than someone local might.
@@hasbinbad if you’re actually asking: 8008 is yes implying boob. The set was designed after the colors of a sports bra the creator saw and really liked together. Common parlance in keycaps is to add “r2” “r3” indicting round 2 round 3, etc of the set. For 8008 the obvious joke was 80082 and it looks like boobs. If you’re not actually asking: lmao boobs
@@humankodi they’re switched! I’ve got pretty fierce issues with how people do soundtests typically, hence the disclaimer before. So all of mine are an A/B of some type so they are at least a comparison point for people since they definitionally cannot be objectively informative.
