Thank you so much for this 🤍 I wanted to ask if one is able to to the police clearance and the SAQA verification at the same time or you must first wait for your the police clearance?
Hey Nikki, with the new school did they offer you the same contract or more then what you got ? And what do Koreans eat vele you barely show your meal preps
I also lived in Seoul before but this is so funny some of the things you like have been caused by what you don't like. There's no unemployment in Korea because they work very hard, it is called relentless work because they know if they don't work hard they will die and this hardwork culture in Korea injected into them at kids age by their education system from from nursery school makes kids work hard in school from 8am to 11pm and this the reason they are 100 years ahead of Africa. You cannot compare South Korea to Africa where people are lazy confused and 98% of people are living in poverty sixty years after independence and most people don't think properly. On the garbage recycling am not sure how much u understand what it takes to be successful. You see Koreans are super efficient and disciplined you don't expect them to throw waste anyhow like the lazy irresponsible and confused Africans do. They have to separate recyclables from waste to make it easy to recycle because they have been taught to be responsible disciplined and organised. So Koreans like Japanese have the the best work ethic, they work relentlessly because no one wants to be poor, if someone is about to get poor they would kill themselves to avoid being a shame to others but in Africa people love poverty and laziness, people enjoy being poor and lazy.

if it makes you feel better - in ontario, canada it’s like 200 dollars at least per week for groceries 😀 it used to be we could last a good month on $200-400 of groceries for a family of 6 and now it’s double 😭(note these are prices in canadian dollars)
Although i don't think you need it. There is this product called GLYCOLIC ACID TONER- the ordinary, and what it does is lighten your dark spots. you can check this video called "How to Fade Dark Marks On Your Body Using One Product (fast)" and it's by "Just Michelle."
Oh baby! This year marks 10 years of my “fitness” journey. My biggest struggle was going to the gym in winter. So I’d sign up for gym, work out from Jan-March, take a break from May to August then get back to it. That wasn’t sustainable and obviously didn’t see results. Secondly, I have low muscle and high body fat. This called type C obesity apparently. I didn’t realize that I wasn’t eating enough protein all these years. So, I’m only almost doing everything right this year and I’m taking my time. I thoroughly enjoyed this!
@@Hey_Its_Mikki I weigh 78kg and I’m 172cm and I think I want to do body decomposition without losing any weight. But I’m not sure if I should maybe consider losing weight for my BMI
