Rather than spending hours randomly generating images, you could learn how to composite using 3D programs and mastering your craft as a compositor. Cause you’ll eventually receive a note where the client wants to remove rotate objects that will be almost impossible to do by generating random images. Thats the role of an artist/creative. To create your interpretation of what the client is asking for. I have nothing against AI, but it should be used more as a tool to help create your look but not use it as an end result. Work on getting mad photoshop skills.
Hey, I need multiple versions of my product (iPhone cases) images. I want AI to change my products style, background etc to promote it on instagram. How and where can I do that ? Thank you.
Rather than spending a lot of time meticulously arranging lighting and angles for a product photo to perfectly match a pre-conceived AI background, it's simpler to start by taking a photo of the product. Afterward, you can employ AI technology to find a background image that complements your product shot. Since AI-generated images are highly customizable, you can easily tweak them to fit your exact needs
Another great video full of valuable insights, Amanda 👐 I left a comment/question to your last video, that I'm not sure you saw. If you already saw it, great - if not, I will just re-share it here since it refers back to an older video with a request: Such a valuable input to this discussion Amanda - thanks for sharing this I think you have a lot of great thoughts on the topic and I think also it leans a bit into the question I asked here about working with the brand perception a business/brand has build (this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DfQA9PnR4U4.html). I know you mentioned you would like to make a video answering my questions in more detail over the next couple of weeks but I now also how life (and business) gets in the way of our intentions sometimes. So I just wanted to mention that your thoughts ands input are valued and that - especially after watching this new video - I hope you get to go my into depth with the question I asked in this older video. Of course only if there seems to be an interest besides mine for this topic Thanks in advance 🫶 Best from Susanne No matter if you saw my earlier comments or not, please receive this in the kindest possible way: It really only is a true wish for your input to the topic suggested 🫶🤓 Best from Susanne
Could you please do a video on how beginner photogrpahers can start getting their first clients. There are a few videos like this but I find those advices a bit "basic" and obvious. Thank you :)
I’m so motivated to start my business, but man… the level of confidence that is lacking is 😅😅😅😅 but I will bite the bullet because I want this to work!
On this journey. I didn’t get let go (almost did), but I’m so sick of working for someone else. I have a family and I want to be with them when I want to be them… which is always haha but I’m so determined to do this

You are such a great Amanda! I so appreciate your giving heart and can't thank you enough for your helpful content. Gorgeous shots! :) i am also a creative product photographer from india nd i really like your work of experience.....
Try to sell people a product as a luxury brand without any celebrity wearing it or using it in real life. Never going to happen. AI has its use within some tools in software but it won't be successful in creating emotional connection like Amanda mentioned in this video. Some people will have to learn that the hard way. That's just life. I'm a graphic designer and photographer and I would never use AI for commercial work.
I think like everything else, there is and will be a place and time for Ai use and not. The problem with these company's pushing its use as being faster and cheaper is kind of false advertising, the learning curve at first will be a huge time consumer, then having to either hire a advertisement person that is an expert in Ai won't save money in the long run, and lastly, just because the photographer uses Ai instead of real backgrounds or models doesn't mean that savings translates to the product company, he can still charge what he feels his work is worth.
Totally agree. I refuse to believe it only takes minutes (as advertised) to create good AI product images. And like you said AI images still hold value to which the artists will charge for.
I equate AI to CGI. We've had CGI for a bunch of years now, and yet, photography is still around. I am super excited to see where those you keep chipping at AI, those who will by nature break away from making AI look like photography, but rather make AI look like AI.
I would hate to see as a consumer a brand working with AI photos and videos 🥴 Not authentic, not trustworthy. I LOVE and adore everything HUMAN!!! And I’m not 100% against AI!! BUT as you described it’s about HUMAN, real life emotions and connections form all 3 sides (consumer, brand, photographer) 🫶🏻💯
I’ve just seen a photographer using AI to create a location and a model for a product shot. The photographer said that, like this, the brand saved money. You can clearly see that the picture was created with AI. No emotion at all to me. As you said, Amanda, we’ll see how the customers will react in the future. And thank you for this video ❤
Multe si documentate informatii care au in spate multa munca si talent. Pt mine, mi-as fi dorit o prezentare mai "accesibila"... totusi ma minunez si ma bucur in acelasi timp, de cate esti capabila, tine-o tot Amanda.
Sadly most people don't give a crap about advertisements and how it suppose to connect with people. People in general are complete idiots...that's why photographers needs to think outside the box when it comes to product photography. AI will replace a lot of models and photographers in the future. Normal people are too stupid to recognize contrast, lighting, LUTs and so on. Why do you think most wedding photographers are charging an arm and a leg prices for complete blown out of exposure pictures?? Times are changing and the REAL Professional Photographers will still stay on top. The other IG/ YT yahoo photographers will fail.
You're missing the pint. you can knwo nothing about photography, as a consumer, and feel ick about an AI image and connected to the real one. It's not about LUTs (that high end pros don't really use anyway) or any other technical aspect. It's about the psychology of viewers.
@@robertruffo2134 you sound like someone who is never in marketing at all...people will buy anything as long as it's a commercial...if this was the case then we wouldn't have so many garbage Marvel or Netflix movies...people don't care...stop thinking people are smart...if people are smart they wouldn't be subscribing to idiot RU-vid/ IG photographers. Amanda is only one of the few good photographers on youtube...
Thx for the video. Does anyone know the best way to make an AI model wear your product (e.g. I have produced a purse myself which I want to be carried by an AI model in different poses)? Would be great if you got some advice :))
