Because that is a 22 magnum it has been bored for a 22 magnum it won't shoot 22 long rifles as well because they don't make full contact with the rifles they can Keyhole
So, while some of the weight of the belt will settle on your hips, a good portion will end up at the buckle and belt holes - two places you don't reinforce. Plus, when you don't glue the steel in to the belt you're concentrating the stress of the gun's weight on the top and bottom layers of leather, making it weaker than just gluing the leather together and distributing the stress over the entire width of the belt. Yes, some of the weight will also be going through the steel, but it's not the reinforcement you think it is. I think your saving grace here is that you're making an incredibly thick belt - two 8 oz pieces of leather gives you a far thicker belt than the average gun belt. You'd be better off buying a thicker piece of leather or just gluing the two pieces together, and then reinforcing the weak points at the buckle and belt holes. I don't think this adds much, if any, strength to the areas where belts tend to fail.
I carry this gun. The failure to feed issue is most common. It's a very simple fix. Once done this gun fires seamlessly. It's a great every day carry. Yes six rounds sucks so carry an extra mag.
How did the ATF know where the gun was bought with in 30 minutes of the shooting and the gun store that it was bought at has been closed for over a decade? Hmm they keep a database (which they state they dont) and or they knew it was going to happen.
My bamboo darts dried out and got do stiff they didn't fly right. The bamboo that grows on my place is a very hard variety. I was soooo disappointed! To have a dart flexible enough to fly straight, they would have to be no bigger than a quarter inch in diameter. I suppose it could be done, but I am looking around for sourwood sprouts.
When it comes to fixed sight handguns, I appreciate someone telling what ammo regulates well with the sights for them. No guarantees but considering all the slides are made on the same machine, the parts are closer than 2 peas in a pod. It's a starting place at least.
I know your pain. I lost my wife of 28 years a year ago, after a six-year decline following a stroke. She was a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel and a terrific military officer, women and wife.
Its so dam easy to clean it love the way it comes apart it come with two little allen wrenches one so you can remove the barrow with the other is for the sight adjustment
There are a lot of people who own the Ruger PC Charger and PCC that are having extractor issues. I have yet to see an Extar video where someone had a problem cycling ammo.
If you have the Ruger PC Carbine, you could actually interchange the barrels and have a longer gun and make the other shorter, and it will still will actually work, although it would look weird
What a moron. Put that bore sighter in a lathe and give it a spin. That dot most likely makes up to a 10" diameter circle at 100 feet. You adjust your scope to that piece of junk, you'll never hit anything. Oh, and definitely don't use it for any home defense application or it just might get you expired.
