Would be easy to determine what the history and current ownership of property by researching the lot and block number of property from address at tax office.
Unoccupied not "Abandoned". If the owners were interested in selling, it would be listed with a realtor. Therefore your trespassing on private property.
Please could you tell me the location privately somehow, me and the little lad love exploring places like this but it’s impossible to find any that aren’t in ruins
@@ForgottenEngland SFA with 'getting a grip' and about not calling any room a bathroom when no-one bathed in it and it hasn't got a chuffing bath. I also drive a car not an automobile. Emigrate to the States and grip yourself there.
They had a massive fire inside the large metal units at the start of the video, roughly 1994. They were called Impellers and had large fans inside to blow the chemicals out of the sea water. I’m from Manchester and worked there for a full year putting scaffolding all around, inside and a temporary roof over these. The job was massive. Such a shame to see it like this now
Stayed here back in 2012 when I was attending a friends wedding in the area. The manager at the time was so welcoming and had some fond memories. So sad to see it like this but looks like it’s got much worse. Found this updated video from 3 days ago!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IXLLbNWPKfY.htmlsi=tG-UdNsBOPeF95xR
You might pick the place up for a tenner, but the first day of winter you will die, as the cost to heat that old building will be out of your price range!
I watched this with a few others and have to say your narration at the very beginning sounds like you're about to fall asleep. It just made us laugh that's all. Nice place though
Anytime you see double glaze glass with one pane angled you'll know you're in a recording studio. It's meant to reflect sound as such to not vibrate the second pane and vice versa killing sound transfer between the rooms.
Hi Tim and Tia, I have an apology to make, I thought you'd given up as I haven't had any notifications and I've felt something has been missing from Sunday afternoons for ages, I was trawling through my subs and found you'd posted loads since so I have some catching up to do! No good saying pleased you're back as you never went away but pleased anyway😊
Guys, I've missed a few of your vids as notifications didn't work so now catching up. Fantastic explore, really well filmed with attention to every detail. Strange place, awesome natural decay, obviously set up but doesn't distract from all the history and wonderful old things. Crying shame that the stupid farmer was the biggest vandal in his senseless destruction of what was beautiful. Great to see you both again.😊
Sorry to hear that. Thank you 😁 it was one of our top 5 explores! So many interesting things inside, along with some amazing history from the family who lived there. It is ashame what happened. Unfortunately, it was his property to do as he pleased with. Those items deserved to be saved. Such ashame!
It was fairly easy, we went around the back. Unfortunately it's not abandoned anymore. Someone has bought it and now has people living I it. My friend went a year ago and there was a dog with the owners saying its been bought
