Seems more like they just don't want the fences to be there. The issue with the tents would be solved if the wealthier areas of Dublin would open up more shelters for the shocking number of Dubs that don't have homes and are left homeless while rents and house prices sky rocket. Get AirBnB out, build more homes and stop huge corporations from being able to buy out family homes in Ireland that drive up rents and prices.
