A. The channel began in 2007. I started my channel by making unboxing videos. I was the first person on earth to upload unboxing videos for Mass Effect LE, COD 4 CE and Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion CE.
Q. What do I film with?
A. Canon 5D Mark IV
Q. Where do I live?
A. The Napa Valley. It is about 45 minutes from San Francisco, California.
Q. So game reviews are on this channel. Do I have a degree in journalism?
A. No. However, I do have a Bachelors in Business Management and I am an MBA graduate.
Q. Why do game companies send me games to review?
A. Sometimes game companies reach out to me and ask if I would live to review their games. And sometimes I reach out to them, introduce myself and request to receive a game to review.
Hey Jimmy. When I was 13-14 years old maybe (26 now)I was your biggest fan. I watched all of your videos religiously. I found you because I wanted to see a review of what is now my favorite game of all time :Bioshock 2. You were the first video I saw and I kept up with all of your videos for a couple of years after that. I recently found my love for video games again and I was watching lots of video game content. I opened RU-vid and saw your face for the first time in about a decade. I don’t know why RU-vid stopped recommending you and I’m not sure why I forgot about you. Sorry for the essay. So glad to see you’re keeping it up I feel like I found an old friend. Thanks for the memories Jimmy!
It's crazy to think of how expensive the Deadpool game has gotten as of late. Of course, a big reason for that is the success of the Deadpool & Wolverine movie. The game itself is so so at best. Even the PS3 version of Wet is currently selling between $40 to almost $60. At the time, I paid less than $30. In general, video game prices have increased significantly. PS3 and Xbox 360 titles that used to be super cheap, have now become really pricey. Thanks, Jimmy! God bless and stay safe!
For $1, I'm grabbing them all. I don't even care what reviewers say. Sometimes, the best games get bad reviews. My favorite SNES game gets ranked badly everywhere. Also, my son likes Balan Wonderworld better than Kirby and the Forgotten Land as well as Super Mario Odyssey. In fact, it's his favorite game, and literally everybody trashed it.
I miss your old video format where you would stand in front of your collection. I know about the house fire, but that was a few years ago now. Have you amassed a collection yet? Are you interested in having a big collection again? I sold my collection a couple of years ago and miss it so much. I cant see myself going all out again to get back what I had. If I had to start a new collection I think it would only be PS3, and PS4
I actually loved the Avengers game but I didn't buy the Guardians Of The Galaxy game yet because you could only play as Star Lord and not the rest of the team
I was so obsessed with your videos when i was a kid. We didn’t have much money so the best cheap games series was something i always looked forward. Its so nostalgic watching your videos ❤ you’re the MAN
I'm still on the hunt for a PS4 or Xbox One copy of Deadpool. I remember buying it on launch day for the 360 and absolutely loved it. Great pick ups here!
I played & enjoyed Stuntman on the 360, Ignition must have been a sequel. I hope you have fun with it. I recently picked up Lost Judgement & A Hat in Time on PS4 fairly cheap. I hope you enjoy your pickups, man.
this is an incredible video jimmy! don’t see arcade games talked about in this way very often, definitely a super educational one for me. always impressed by your wealth of knowledge, man. please keep posting!
I think there are two variables here. One is Xbox 360 kids are now adults, and want to relive their childhood. Demand increases as people try to buy their old classics. The second has to do with the online marketplace. Games are being delisted all the time, even for more modern systems. Godzilla on PS4 is one example I just can't wrap my head around. I bought it new for like €20 because I had a genuine interest in it, and now it's going for 100 or more. It's a pretty mediocre game too. It's just madness.
Great video and topic. My choice for this would be the Adult Swim LRG physical release games. Specifically Headlander and Rain World. Headlander was at one time going for $25-$35. Now, it's a $100 game the last time I checced. Rain World was a $50 game, now it'll cost you $175-200! That's why I bought two copies (one used, one sealed)of Samurai Jacc on the PS4.
@@robodonnell6072 I guess I meant in more detail example spec ops the line jumped in price 4x the day it was delisted without warning. PS3 collections of indie games went up then back down when the store closure was coming and then the closure was cancelled
I would say no to trading in older systems . Because 1 im a collector and 2 . They tend to rip u off and give you nothing worthwhile in terms of trading in a console to get a newer console which is not worth trading in . Also if you trade it in with 10-15 games itll tend to cause you to have to pay $ 150-200 out of pocket still. And to me your still spending money to get the newer console . So no, i wouldn't trade in anything . If i was to sell games or sell a system it would be better to sell it online so u don't get rip off at a game store.
