Here's a fun channel for the ToastyBros to upload extra content to! From cars, tech and tutorials we do it all on ToastyDIY. Owned and operated by ToastyBros LLC.
What is the plan with that second office area that you leased several months ago? Did the deal go through? Are you still making plans for it? Is there construction happening? Just wondering since we haven't heard anything more about it since that one video.
we’re subleasing most of it to a friend, and using our current space as a storage so we could free up more space in the main office! it’d be really cool to add a set there down the road but for now you probably won’t see much of the area on the main channel
@@princesslayna5527 They’re amazing cars! It’s given me very few issues in the 5 years i’ve owned mine. just make sure to buy one that’s been taken care of. lots of Z’s are in rough shape
👏🏻Looking good , hopefully functions better 🙏🏻 + it'll look better when we get occasional peeks in main channel vids 🤗 hehe .... also I know this sounds stupid but for the drawers try rubbing bar soap or a depotted tealight candle [i get the "floating candles" at dollar tree or AtHome cause they already have no container + I think the wax works a lil better than the soap for me] on the drawer sides+slides ; I have to do this every few months to my 1960s kitchen drawers to hate my life less so thought I'd mention it 😅 lolol
Okay lets see if I can explain this correctly - not just for you but anyone else that might run into some of these problems First, lets start with the issue of your hitboxes not being aligned depending on your character direction. Lets assume the following: Your character is a CharacterBody2d, attached to it you have a sprite2d with the default image facing right, collision2d, animation player, and area2d and that area 2d has a collision2d attached to it for the swords hitbox. In your movement code while moving left, set your sprite2d.flip_h = true, and your swords hitbox scale.x = -1, when moving right sprite2d.flip_h = false, and your swords hitbox scale.x = 1 In your animation player, you can during that animation also make keyframes to enable and disable the hitbox. You can even get fancy and do things like move that hitbox during the animation. I started using godot about 1 year ago, I hope this information finds you and is helpful.
I feel like you're building from scratch when there's probably a much better language that would allow you to just call existing libraries that other people have already built.
"first two weeks of godot" => Shows in timelapse making multiplayer code. That's some courage lol! Joke's aside. Nice video. To have your child nodes 'turn' with the animation you need to flip the scale of its parent node. So when you animate the flip_h, remember to also animate the scale to x = -1. About collisions, I have to agree with you there, there are a few wierd things there. The way to detect collisions changes whether you are working with CharacterBody2D or RigidBody2D. Area2D & StaticBody2D & RigidBody2D is like godot teaches, use signals. Very easy to detect collisions. (but you need to enable contact monitor and max contacts if you use a rigidbody.) But CharacterBody2D doesnt have that, so you have to check for collisions inside the update function. If you used move_and_slide, you can get colliding bodies with get_slide_collision() And that doesn't feel as good. You might want to make the signal of an area2D call the player code instead. - My biggest recommendation is to watch "The ultimate introduction to Godot 4" (15h video, but so worth it) at least once. Not even code along. Just watching it once is enough to get your bearings and solve most of your problems.
Today i have finally upgraded my 2023 Legion 5i Pro with 13700HX i7 CPU. I swapped out the stock Samsung 2x8Gb 5600MHz RAM sticks for the 2x32Gb Kingston HyperX Impact, but in cpu-z it says 2800MHz in ram speed so if i double that it is 5600MHz. And in the memory speed test command in cmd i get 5600 too but in task manager it says 4800MHz and also Lenovo locks XMP for consumers sadly and it is only available to developers and engineers. So i am lost. What speed is my RAM running at now? I have Windows 11 Home x64. System RAM is showing as it should at 64Gb.
You can safely load all six rounds in this gun. It has a 'safety' transfer bar. I know this video is 3 years old, but a word of advice you shouldn't flip the cylinder closed you can crack or damage the yolk/crane. It's your gun do what you want, but it does cause excessive wear.
This scooter has the habit of burning out it's controller. Its passively cooled by a THIN aluminum housing so the mosfits have the habit of over heating. Also electric scooters are held to bike laws so it isn't to be on the sidewalk.
So. It's most common people will set their memory to be what is on their sticks. Don't do this. Let D.O.C.P decide for you, like 3200 usually does 3000 automatically. "Why not? I want as much performance as possible!". There are a few reasons. One, it could cause your RAM to be unstable and forget since it's running at max core speed. So some games, especially emulated that run on nothing but memory might glitch out and cause problems. And also, it will heat up ur RAM a lot faster and cause your RAM to be slower, and have the same effect.
I know these premium keyboards feel and sound nice, but man oh man... I just can't see myself spending that kind of money on a keyboard. Maybe if I was typing a novel or something. 🤷🏼
Well the ammo you had sitting on the table has over 1,990 that is varmint ammo which is high pressure! A north American arms isn't supposed to fire any ammo over 1980 feet per second. It can fire them but they can swell in the cylinder and that 22 ammo you were showing isn't for target 🎯 practice . That has over 300 foot pounds and is one of the best 22 lr on the market. Better then some 9mm ammo in fact. Good video. I do not want you to be hurt using the wrong ammo
I picked up a 175 a couple of months ago. I am quite happy with it as well. I have the same starting inconsistency. I put a heavy duty push button on the dash and bypassed the key switch. Starts much better.
This was really concise! Thank you! Although it would be interesting to see a similar video but only using the free version, to see what you can do using those limitations.
