Where is the mating-to-death part? Bogus information when the whole 1:54m video shows these rats were sun bathing, eating, scurrying around…

If a species only lasts one year it’s best for the offspring if the males die after mating so they don’t compete for food. In this species most females die after weaning so there’s even less competition.

Parrots (order Psittaciformes) originated exclusively from Oceania, which is the reason why parrots are split into eight extant families under three superfamilies The three superfamilies of parrots are Strigopoidea (New Zealand Parrots), Cacatuoidea (Cockatoos), and Psittacoidea (True Parrots) The eight extant families of parrots are Nestoridae (Kakas and Kea), Strigopidae (Kakapo and Kakarikis), Nymphicidae (Cockatiel), Cacatuidae (True Cockatoos), Pezoporidae (Typical Oceanian Parrots), Psittaculidae (Asiatic Parrots), Psittacidae (African Parrots), and Aridae (New World Parrots) The new zealand parrots (superfamily Strigopoidea) are constituted by the Nestoridae and Strigopidae families, the cockatoos (superfamily Cacatuoidea) are constituted by the Nymphicidae and Cacatuidae families, and the true parrots (superfamily Psittacoidea) are constituted by the Pezoporidae, Psittaculidae, Psittacidae, and Aridae families

Lovely as always but the music is a bit rich for me, emo rock in the bush. That said I’m sure as a short it will speak to others

Very fair and I agree. The music of Coldplay will never match the music of the bush.

Really restrained beautiful channel. Love your patience and use of emptiness to let nature speak through itself. You deserve more subscriptions, but in a world that is drunk on electricity and desperate for distraction your videos won’t provide the easy escape from self technology increasingly provides
