Thank you for checking out Offroad Trolls, this is my attempt at sharing my experiences with side by sides, and the side by side community. Please like and subscribe.
Flip the bed up and reach in there on the passenger side and twist the filter off by hand or a pipe wrench. Add 3 and 1/2 quarts start engine up let it get up over 200deg wait 10 min then check oil without screwing the dipstick in. If everything was drained good it will be right at the very top of the hash marks. I have done this multiple times always perfect with 3.5 quarts
I've watched several of these covers off, and they all are useless. All you have to do is take 4 bolts out of the drivers seat bracket. Then the cover will come out with no struggles.
I have those same tires on my krx 4. They aren't bad I'm at about 1200 miles and they won't make it the end of the year. I live in utah, I do moab 3-4 times a year. They really do great at 8 psi, for crawling.
Where do you run the accessory wire coming out of the rocker switch to? Have one of these setups coming on Monday and can’t seem to find any video that clarifies where the accessory wire coming out of the rocker switch goes
I filled my engine oil through the hole on top of the engine near the spark plugs I didn't even see the oil reservoir off to the side I hope it's alright that I did this I added just as much oil as what came out. Just over 2 quarts.
I don't pull the panel off for th oil filter at all. Just access it straight from the back. You can look through the top and reach around the back of that panel, in front of rear tire. Use a slip-joint oil wrench or a strap type.
Wondering about the a arm bushings that are non grease able. And fail often... And the wheel bearings that you have to buy a greasing tool for and pull the axles to grease them or they fail. I have 3 thousand miles on a 2016 and the a arm bushings are toast wheel bearings are on the way out.
With two adults, have you ever found yourself wanting/needing more power with the 850? Very interested in this machine, but wondering if the 850 engine will be adequate for trail riding?
@enough4073 1 second ago Is there reason most people are using escape wiper or can you use pretty much any rear wiper. My neck of the woods lot of suv's no escapes.
I have one identical to the one in this video and I have no problem climbing threw the hills of Tennessee were I live . I myself like the engine reliability I don’t want to be 35 miles out on a trail and have to stop a replaces some stupid ass belt because the manufacturer couldn’t design a engine without a belt . Most of theses side by sides have essentially snow mobile engines . I do like the razors a lot but for the money I just can’t get passed that belt
Do i need to run a spacer or anything for a stock 21 xp, im looking at getting new wheels and im new to all this. im assuming adding new wheels ill be wider then the 64" mark as well?
Owner of 2022 Wolverine X2 XTR 850. Agree on Suspension adjustment needed. I am Lazy and just opened all Adjustments on shocks all the way out and then closed each adjustment 5 clicks closed. PERFECT!!!! Cadillac ride we Love this thing. Yamaha must have studied your VIDs as they made all the Changes you suggested , Thanks it so Right Now.
Very nice, i just bought one of these last night and need a trailer. Could you please tell me the exact width of that trailer. Is it 77 inches x 14? Thanks
The one it’s in in the video is 76”x12’ i would go for a 84”x14’ at least, not sure where you are located, but the best trailer guy around is Kean at Mid City Trailers in Indiana
@OffroadTrolls Thank you, I'm in California and found a 77x14 but the dealership says the rzr turbo r 4 seater is 78 inches wide. Yours fit good enough for me lol.
@@MYLIFE22311 it only fits if it has the Dynamix suspension and it’s in Rock mode then it’s 75” wide, in comfort mode it’s almost 80” wide, if you have the live valve suspension put it in rock and drive it around the parking lot before you load it up
