Scooter share sounds incredibly dangerous if done in the US. I wouldn't trust a lazy American to make sure a scooter I'm about to ride is safe. I also wouldn't trust battery swap stations. Seems like a good way to milk folks for money as you raise prices over time. We know this will happen. These companies do not care at all about you or the environment. They want your money. Hilarious how corporations are still making us think we are the solution to climate change. Again they do not care about anything but money.
I loved it! One of the best videos about Japan I have seen in a long time. It seems that when people are more closely crowded together,. it fosters a culture of more consideration for others. You had me chuckling. Here in Los Angeles, we are ridiculously spread out with 12-lane freeways and suburban sprawl based on the old-fashioned automobile. I think it would be quite refreshing to live in japan, at least for a time. With the exchange rate being what it is, it certainly seems like a great time to visit! $250 a month for a bachelor apartment is crazy cheap by US standards. For years, we always thought Japan was insanely expensive. Perhaps this video proves that conventional wisdom wrong.
Arigato goasaimasu! Fantastic video, and amazing to see so many people getting along together in a small space, and even more friendly than a local pub in the UK. Great to see seniors working and enjoying the interractions with others. It does keep you healthy, and long lived. Excellent.
I think the stereotype of Japan's poor working environment is overblown. Looking at working hours in each country, Japanese people's working hours are 43rd in the world, which is shorter than the United States and New Zealand.
Pathetic/ Incomprehensible how Germany and Japan submitted to usa imperialism, diet, architecture, allowing military bases and dominant political stance and foreign relations. Truly sad.
I think Akko is amazing, really attractive, fun and helpful. Lovely lady. Like your cheerful, humorous approach. Fun video I enjoyed this excursion into smallness. They must be very inefficiently insulated though..
