Eye level of the parking lot! I the noise and car exhaust are not for me. The inside was too dark for me. Love the wall of windows and the large patio but again, the view is bad. Lower the price by $100,000.

Hi Lee, That particular floor plan at The Martin are now listed and being sold closer to $500,000 depending on what floor, upgrades and condition of the unit. How often would a place like that actually be completely rented for a year or would it just be on the monthly basis as a short-term executive rental not Airbnb or something like that but executive rental
