This is not rocket science. A woman who does text you, go out with you and have sex with you. Is not interested in you. That’s why I never understand guys with women as ‘friends’. The only case I can see (Which I have) is if you knew her growing up. Other than that, a woman you’re not sleeping with has no interest in you, I hate to break it to you..
With my experience, heres my opinion on the matter. Always act like no one likes you. That doesn't mean you shouldn't cut everything and everybody off. Be social, be friendly. When a girl/boy gives you attention, act accordingly. If it progresses, act accordingly. You want to be approachable.
Guys, listen, I'm going to be 45 yeara old this year. Dated a lot of attractive women in my younger past. The most important thing is if she makes it easy for you to talk to her. You shouldn't be chasing her. If she likes you, she'll orbit you, meaning hanging around you, hoping you'll indicate conversations. She'll make it easy for you to get her number, ask her out, etc. If she's dating another guy, she's NOT interested. If she put you in the friendzone, she's 100% not interested. You might as well be her gay friend. If a woman puts you in the friendzone, you put her ass in the goodbye zone! Learn the value of not being a simp. If she's sleeping/dating other guys, don't waste your time with her. Don't be afraid to inogre her. A woman isn't entitled to your time, free attention, help, or protection. That is a VERY valuable commodity and should only be given to women worthy of it! Never ask a girl out more than once. If a girl says no to you and rejects you she's showing you that she doesn't have any interest in you, doesn't see any potential in you. It's you job to prove her wrong and move on the the next girl.
I have a crush on a coworker who I think likes me back. After several small conversations with her I noticed she orbits me, hoping I make conversation and often blushes when I talk to her, talks softly to me and gives me long responses. One day she casually mentioned her boyfriend in conversation. Confused, I asked a coworker about this and they confirmed it to be true. Since then my crush for her has lessened but it still there. She still finds ways to be close to me when we are in the same department and excuses to talk to me. I have been ignoring her most of the time except for the casual “hello””good morning” Should I continue to ignore her?

with eye contact personally I would for a few seconds and then look away because I was nervous so if its like eye contact on and off then on and off most likely its them being nervous around you
