Looking forward to it! I’m always looking to better my dough making techniques. I love that high hydration, but when the dough sticks to my hands when I’m mixing and balling, I turn into an angry person that I don’t like.
Great video,. I just got my first Blackstone which we will use mostly for camping. I followed the video to the letter( Fellow nerd ) but would add a word of caution if your Blackstone is smaller like mine( 22") maybe less oil, perhaps 1 to max 2 TBSP of oil.
I hate you guys. Mostly because I have fallen victim to one of the 2 classic blunder. The first of which is to never get involved in a land war in Asia. The second is never drink every time you hear a bell! Now I can no longer hear a bell without reaching for a drink.... Double stamp, no erasies!
Next time, let the cheese on the bread hang over more and melt more so it becomes a cheese skirt all over the bread. Then load it up, then cover it for a few, still while 2 halves on the griddle. Then make it a sandwich and serve
Sorry… I can’t learn that way… I have an autistic “learning problem,” even though I have two FULL college degrees… To have as many cutaways as is usual, I have issues with understanding the concept… if I wanted to watch a movie with commercials (which is about the length of the content), I’d watch cable TV…
