Hello, your videos are so helpful and self explanatory, thank you for taking your time to evaluate. Pls I would need an explanatory video on how to adjust a stiff Prosthetic knee for AKA prosthesis, thank you.
I swear by Altra road and trail running shoes for Morton's neuroma. Careful, though, some are ultralight with very little sole cushion. Olukai's also make great casual shoes with wide toe boxes. My MN has stayed in check for years despite long distance running. Still have to be careful though in bare feet.
Same with me. Recently lost the best leg guy I’ve been with for 8 years. Now no one can properly align me or get the correct casting fit for a new socket
With it being humid for most of the year and bring a double amputee that sweats year around, the SmarTemp liner works miracles for me. Major game changer for the athletic cripples out there. Nubs up🤘
@@cristiangaina2519 my first surgery was in Aug 2020 and 2nd surgery was Aug 2021.now the issue is with the scar tissues between 3rd and 4th finger and also toward the lower side of the foot.tht bothering a lot
hi Sir, do you provide an below knee prosthetic leg alignment adjustment online due to covid-19? Because of covid-19, it makes thing so difficult to travel to oversea from Singapore. I would be grateful if you could consider and assist me, do let me know the charges of service. I always stay at home and can't do much to help my kids, my wife and my family, just because of the alignment problem. Without this prosthetic leg, my mobility is equal to zero. For the current situation, i mean the pandemic issue, many life are lost and flights are not available to USA. Therefore, I sincerely wish and hope you would consider to give me an helping hand. Have a wonderful day and stay safe!!!
What about thickness? My prosthetist is putting me in a 6mm caus I had pain putting the 3 on. I am an extremely active person very avid snowboarder. I can’t find positive negative to liner thickness anywhere
Any chance you could do an AK amputee and cover how the foot is adjusted to ensure it is planted on the ground evenly, as I feel to be leaning onto my outside edge of my foot. I have a push button Otto Bock rotator after my Rheo 3 knee and above that a socket adaptor. Each have 4 grub screws and look as though they adjust the socket angle and lean in the same way. Also do you have any opinion on the foots outwards position when stood? I always feel more secure when the foots toes point to 1 o'clock or 2 (almost like a penguin stance!). If the foot is straighter I feel as though the limb height has increased by an inch or more and get back ache. From a prosthetist stance, what do you recommend to your patients? Thanks for any help you can offer in advance.
Can't hear what he's saying and the frame is too wide. Move the camera close so that we only see the patient from the waist down. We'll have a better view of what's being done to the prosthetic and the microphone will pick up his voice.
I'm in Tanzania Africa, I don't know where to get liners, my five years now since I was amputated and I'm using normal Sox!. Would you help me to get one?
Appreciate Video! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (just google it)? It is a smashing exclusive product for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate at very last got excellent results with it.
