So what makes her special is she is a program. A Voice synthesizer that you could buy and make your own songs using a (at the time) very advanced bank of vocal tracks from a voice actor. So basically....the idea is that you could make your own pop star. Now she is the foremost virtual idol. I love her because what you are listening to right now.....someone took Miku and made their own interpretation of using her to express their own ideas. "not hating her"? well thats completely down to personal preference. I guess if I had to suggest songs I would suggest the following which are of different genres. "Last Night, Good Night" "Unknown Mother Goose" "Alien alien" Ghost Rule" "The Intense Voice of Hatsune Miku" "Intergalactic Bound" Just to name a few but keep in mind there are literally hundreds of thousands of songs....each one I just reccomended is by a different producer of that song because thats the person who made it. Good Luck lol. "Last Night Good Night" is my personal favorite song, not just of her but of any song for reasons I don't really wanna explain now unless you really wanna know.
Ayup that's going straight into the "Anime to Watch" bookmark folder, appreciate it Ivan o7 Post video edit: Ngl I get the vibe this is going to be a wild and unhinged series that actually turns super wholesome and has a great message behind it.
I don't know what I will do with my life if Tako Sensei doesn't review every episode. I want it, no I need it. So my vote is for you to review this with all your might 👍
ya gotta check out UTSU-P, one of the best vocaloid producers. basically vocaloid metal. awesome stuff I'd recommend the songs "Fools are attracted to anomaly" and "MIKUSABBATH" especially.
U should react to more well known songs like senbonzakura, world is mine, hyper reality show, look this way baby, melt, teo, ghost rule, black rock shooter, world end dance hall, I’ll miku miku you for reals, rolling girl, u piece of trash of miku hater
I'm not sure this is a hot take. I actually agree with this and see this often that because people like a show and/or manga, they either don't see the flaws or block out any objective criticisms exposing it. I, strangely, see this going both ways as well where people will hate on a show and claim it has holes in it where none exists for no reason other than simple preference. Or, they'll do so because what they like has holes in it, won't recognize it because it's pointed out, and then deflect to other shows that other people like, that either has significantly less problems or none at all, in order to trash those. I personally enjoy mangas and animes that range from having a ton of flaws to those having less. I'm able to just call it what it what it is, enjoy it nonetheless, and move on. When I don't enjoy something, I simply stop reading or watching and will have a reason for it specifically. I don't see the need to fight people over it all. It's very bizarre to see a fan base like this. I'm not sure what to make of it sometimes. I wasn't going to mention this, but the part in the end about how it mirrors everything else is apt. I see this in another way as well where because the entertainment is so shabby, many have gotten use to slop and bad storytelling so they can't spot flaws in stories and still like them. Again, there are shows and mangas that I like that do indeed have plotholes and questionable storytelling. One that I encountered recently, although I like the manga alot, was Black Clover. While good, the show does have weak storytelling. I won't spoil it for those who haven't read the manga, but I knew from very early on who the final bad guy was and it was very obvious. I turned out to be right. Although it was predictable, I did respect how they went about it despite the shoddy writing. I'm able to be honest about it.
Kaiju no 8 and Wind breakers I been enjoying. Sakura in WindBreakers is a little annoying, but he starts to have a sort of charm later on. With Kaiju the humor and seriousness balance don’t bother me, I still like it.
I don’t know if these are Hot Takes or not, but these are mine. (And yes, I love anime and I get excited for new sessions and series!) 1. I hate how characters monolog for too long, especially when they narrate something that had just happened. It’s frustrating, because it makes us, the audience, feel as though we aren’t competent enough to understand something so obvious or allow us to figure out for ourselves what’s going on. 2. The constant backstory/flashbacks. Too often we are interrupted out of a cool scene just to see some backstory of a character who is about to die or go through some power move or something. Unless it is 100% necessary, sure, but when it is over and over it gets tiring. 3. The fake out deaths, I’m tired of them all. They keep pretending like someone is about to die, but oh no, let’s have a flashback to show the absurd way they survived. It’s annoying because over time, I feel less worried for characters because I know they’re most likely still alive.
I tried your approach, but friends just told me what a retard I am. Destroyed them with arguments until they could only say that I have shit taste. But in the end it didn't matter, we all agree that everyone else has shit taste and we still are friends all the same. Finally I would like to end this comment with something monumental but I'm far too shit faced to actually do that. Still liked your video though. But one more thing... Tanjiro is the best anime protagonist ever.
I think that's a caveat most creators have to acknowledge as well: what they are making appeals to a minute portion of the population, and not everything will find widespread fandom. However, to the few fans who do enjoy the work, it means the world to them, and the creator should reciprocate that through respect and gratitude. It's part of why most modern entertainment (especially Western) devolves into conflict between creator and fandom, because the creators don't respect the fandom or take them for granted.
The interesting thing about miku is that she's basically an instrument lol. She's a vocaloid, which is a software anyone can buy and use. Every vocaloid has a "voice provider," in Miku's case it's the voice actress saki fujita, and they have these people record a variety of vocal samples that can be used to create songs in the program. That's why any song with Miku on it, it doesn't uaually say "by Hatsune Miku" but rather "featuring Hatsune Miku." Crediting a song with Miku's voice to Miku is like crediting a song to "piano" lol. So even if you don't like one song you've heard from her, it's likely you just don't vibe with that producer's musical style! I personally really like Harumaki Gohan (the producer for the song you listened to) and his song Melty Land Nightmare really shows off his style imo (the pink character mascot is actually a character made by the producer named Melty, a lot of vocaloid producers use the medium to tell stories in their music!). Since you're more interested in metal music though, I think producers you might vibe with better are Maretu, Utsu-P, Syudou, or slave.v-v-r. I also think some of Neru's older work like Lost One's Weeping might be a good listen, and if you like Kenshi Yonezu (the artist behind chainsaw man's op) he got started with vocaloid under the name Hachi! He was actually quite a large name in the community back in the day lol
Hatsune Miku is a vocal voice synthesizer, a musical digital instrument, if you hate her, then you hate does that made the song, created the lyrics and hate her fans, because does lyric, does song are also made by music artist, fans and collaborator. So she only popular because of the artist that made the song the fan that made the outfit and made it popular. That who your hate is directed toward and nobody else. hatsune miku has no personality, she a blanc page. And what you say you hate is the fan behind so you saying to fans to not take it personnaly your actually are attacking them directly because you are a clueless weeb. That hate for no good reason. You can't find figure, sorry but your hate is because you could not search hard enough if you truly wanted figure go online idiot. Don't hate on something you do not understand. You also toke random live show. hatsune miku doesn't sing 1 style of music she a musical intrument, she play what ever the song composer want. There classical, orchestra, rock, heavy metal, techno, pop, rap... Any style and i have to agree the voice selected for the song you selected. Is terrible, the performace was terribly flimed, and the sound was also bad. It like i see you play a song on a drum and i decided to judge your full capacity by that song alone. can you just look for song of the style you like instead of random shit. I have a idea, just search youtube for the 3 best song. not random live show. there also top live song. and clearly your selecting was not. the problem is the stacking effect of crunchyroll pushing pride month added to every other companies ... people are tired and every space is starting to get backlash for that because again people are tired ... and anime had bad localizer that started adding "fighting the patriarchy" in there stuff and now some anime fan see the agenda everywhere ... id have some sympathy for them but they brought it on themselves
Agree I just watched it and it was hard to watch my friends and I thought it was all over the place and not a good movie at all 😅😅 we wanted to love it but we were all disappointed 😢

If you've looked into Yaoi content at all in Japan, you'd quickly find out that the intended audience is for women. And then vice versa, Yuri content is made for guys.
Ivan don't say patriotic they're just assholes. And if these people clearly don't know japan can be gay as shit. I don't watch Boy Love shit cause it doesn't at all appeal to me. So these people need to learn to not watch shit if they are against it. Simple
Well Ivan the reason they might be using AI Translators is because in Mashle the is a male character that transforms into a younger looking version of himself, it seems. When the words show up it says they instead of him. I was like ok weird. I checked the manga for that part, it addressed the character as him in the manga. Then they make a joke of him having a woman's intuition. That intuition thing is in the manga. So whoever translated that episode put the "right pronouns" for the character.
Once a company moves to stifle its customers’ feedback and opinions, they naturally seek out alternatives. Akin to cinema, comics, video games, anime fans have their fair share of opinions that are myopic or outright baffling, but that’s intertwined with the medium. As for the AI translations, considering select localizers have admitted and bloviated about changing source material to fit their own ideological beliefs, it’s a natural reaction by the companies to retain their customer base. The whole point of entertainment is to be apolitical and make people think and be inspired.
Oh really, the AI thing with Nokotan makes sense though. I thought it was a little off sometimes, but didn't think too much about. For the most part it was pretty good, given the little Japanese I actually understand.
Ai translators is a good thing since the ones we currently have are woke. If we remove the woke translators and bring actual professional ones then we wouldn’t need ai. Localization was a mistake.
They’re asking for either having the consumers to go full piracy or if anyone still have the will to embrace entrepreneurial ship go create independent anime content series outside of the corporation’s control.
