I mean, it's just the skin splashart ported from PC. We already have skins that have splashart that include champions that aren't available on Wild Rift.

Nah Meowkai is quite good honestly and yeah the "Cat Saplings" are the best part of that skin and that expression on his 3d model though He looks so HAPPY AND HIGH just like me when I'm taking my weekly dose of "Happy plant" and I love it
