@@thebaron9405 Same. I'm hoping for him to be some sort of synergy with Kalista. As for his lore connection with Kalista, I hope after the event of Ruination, he sort of regains consciousness and is actively looking for her. Would be nice to have a Tank Support built for Kalista. 🧐
@@visible6090wdum why, sentinel of light did rlly good in the beginning of the campaign, however things got more cringe towards the end, rito entertainment somehow made Viego become goofy in front of random bozos, he literally solo bolo the whole Blessed Isles, had the potential of unlimited power with The Mist. That was the only time rito let me down.
@@vuanhkhoi3311 if by "sentinel of light did rlly good in the beginning" you mean the in-game novel.. ima be honest it was cringiest expirience from the start
They genuinely got every champ who appears in the book's original VA to come in to read their lines for the book. Actually crazy, I've NEVER seen that sort've thing before but by god they did it lol
@carlosbokadam3935 He was one of the few 'sentient' spirits on the shadow Isles. He regularly spent his time looking for a way to end the curse/free kalista(who was not sentient)/and spawn killing Hecarim whenever he showed up.
i'd much rather he became a sword and board toplaner, the only champion with a sword and shield otherwise is a support 💀 in a lane full of swords and whatever else already he's direly needed
@@aetriandimitri190wait viego wanted to go home ? , holy fuck ......poor man ....he really woke up one day and said "what could go wrong" And then fk life said : "everything"
@@vergil9981 Yorick met Viego when he went to the blessed isles with isoldes body, Yorick spoke with Isoldes spirit and told him she was at peace. Viego was heartbroken but was fully willing to accept it and head back, the people of the isles said there was no reviving lake and they couldn't do anything more. Then as he was preparing to leave, Thresh (Erlok Grael) came in spewing bs about everyone lying to him and knowing the waters could revive Isolde, which made Viego call for the reinforcement ships to attack. If wasn't for Thresh, he would've just left and moved on. There were a lot of contributes to the ruination. But Thresh was the sole person that knew exactly what he was doing
@@aetriandimitri190 to be fair Viego was so desperate, however maybe if yorick dint omitted the waters of life and choose to tell Viego that Isolde dint want to comeback to life but rather wait for him in the afterlife , maybe things wouldn't had gone like shit The ruination really is all the small things that went wrong clump up together
Ledros really deserves to be a champion, he was one of my favorite characters on the book. Being able to resist the mist through sheer fucking will is badass
@@user-up8db2tx6d If you think you don't need Necrit then you are dumb, Necrit knows nearly everything about League lore and he can spot subtle things you won't so shut up
Commander Ledros is a playable card in LOR, is part of the lore and now also appears in a Wild Rift cinematic, they have to make him a champion in LOL fr fr
Ledros has the same three spear like embedded in his back just like Kalista's Shadow Isle form And I agree that Ledros should be a champion. Kalista needs a duo to use her ability in full efficiently, just like Xayah and Rakan.

He has that spear because he pledged himself to Kalista in one of his stories
If they ever want to foward Kallista's story, I can see them making it so that Kallista's consciousness fully returns but has to wrestle with the hundreds of souls she had bonded with over the centuries to maintain control. This can also allow Ledros to regain his sanity too and become a PC and/or WR champ. Maybe even some senna/lucian type interactions. Need another hit of copium if you don't mind me.
Same boat, brother/sister. I'm hoping for the same thing. Or even if she doesn't regain consciousness but is in an active battle with Hecarim, Ledros would be the one to regain consciousness (considering the events of Ruination) and is actively searching for her, not only to reunite, but to help her as well. (These type of stories are my f*cking weakness, for god's sake. Hence why I liked the Senna/Lucian tandem. 🧐)
@@angkunehonghindimakali Ledros is actually one of the only ones who is still sane. There's a short story about him trying to get Kalista to come back to her senses but he keeps dying and coming back. It's pretty awesome because it explains what it's like to be a wraith and be reborn
@@greatscott5690he still losses himself every once and while and technically thresh is still sane not because of sheer will and determination but because he became more of himself
@@dankmemes8254 Yes you're right, but I mean he's the only one that stays a good guy. It was more to show that the idea of a story they had was already made, of Ledros trying to redeem Kalista
Just like while reading the book, i cryied during that moment, i literally knew she had to die at some point to get to her appearence in game but the scene in tje book and this animation hits hard
Fucking goosebumps! Kalista, Ledros and Hecarim backstory animated. That’s why Kalista as a Wraith is revenge driven because the last thing she saw was her lover dying and Hecarim stabbing her. While Ledros as a Wraith is seeking and begging Kalista to stop her madness like he did when he stopped her from becoming a monster by sparing Hecarim, and the two expressed love before she got stabbed. And Hecarim, well he’s a true monster even as a human, because he further corrupted Viego’s madness, killed the citizens of the blessed, and his form as a Wraith is just a mirror of an abomination he is.
They should have included these cinematics when the ruin event occurred, but it's good that at least they remembered 3 years later that the shadows island is not just Senna and Viego.
@@dylanblair7128 ledros jungler. As anti hecarim, 0 dash but in return his passive is always give crit dmg to anyone under 50% hp. And most of his kit will be siphoning enemy movement speed and attack speed , and ultimate to chain down multi target from escaping
@@raynalldoprimean anti jungler would work better as a lane since as a jungle you'd basically just have to permanently be counter ganking to make it work, and vs someone as fast as heca that wouldn't make sense. A support that has good defense against ganks makes more sense. And the kit you described is 100% a support, not a junglers
@@raynalldoprime I don't see how they'd ever put him anywhere but sup. There's a difference between designing a champ for a lane and they end up being stronger somewhere else, and designing him as a jungler
It would be amazing to make a series about this time period and new details that have not been mentioned It is the time period before the world of Runeterra
It would be so cool if we were to get Ledros in as a future champ just so we can have a Ledros Kalista Botlane. It would be even cuter if Ledros has the same "oathsworn" mechanic as Kalista that allows them to assign someone(typically the adc) at the start of the game. ❤❤❤
In the book she always hated him and knew he was evil. Sparing him was the only way she and Ledros could live though, they were fully surrounded by Hecarims men, they took the gamble and lost
Honestly after this Ledros needs to be the next champ. A tank support/bruiser so they can duo lane. I was expecting Hecarims voice to be more...regal. If you read the books the man was handsome, cunning, charming, etc. Just a snake at the same time.
okay Ledros looks tiny in this cinematic, guy is supposed to be a lot bigger, he made Hecarim look small because of how much he had to look down in order to not be impolite towards Hecarims nobility. when he knelt on the steeps to the throne of Camavor Kal found it funny how much his neck had to bend to look at his kings feet because he was still eyelevel with Viego, His arms where the size of Hecarims head, from how much they emphasizes how big Ledros is i would assume he was a Camavorren Sion.
