I’ve always heard people talk about DI but I never really tried to understand it but use it (probably not optimally). As soon as you mentioned vectors I was like oh this is just physics class, now I know which way to DI 😂
Fuck fox?? Yo, *fuck* Falco. Falco laser might be the most oppressive projectile I've dealt with in any fighting game at all, bar maybe 3rd Strike Akuma air fireball, but we can parry in that game so like idk.
Honestly, it all boils down to the character(s) Kirby’s up against. There are some mediocre ones like Steve’s and King Dedede’s, and then there’s some cracked ones like the Kazooie gun and MinMin’s arm. Even a Mii Brawler Shot Put from far away could help come in clutch for Kirby.
also I'm not sure what software you're on but you could add a sensitivity ramp up curve to the stick to allow for some quicker flicks and better precision
If you think your punish game is weak you can compensate with platform trapping. If you keep missing shine follow ups its due to your opponents SDI inputs in which you can try to find the pattern, like are they SDI’ing out what have you. Good luck on your bird journey this shit is hard af. Cool vid
hehe i'm a fox main :3 i went to my first tournament in years and i 3-0'd my 1st opponent who was a falco main. (i then got 3-0'd by the pikachu who went on to win the tournament, and also got 3-0'd by a marth lmao)
