Great question! Typically for each drill you want to do 5-8 sets if you are performing about 4-6 reps. The more reps you perform per set, reduce the number of sets. For example, if you perform 10-12 reps per set, I would suggest only perform 2-4 sets.
Hi Damodar, There is potential for issues for knees and ankles on hard surfaces. If you already have these orthopedic issues, I would recommend doing these exercises on softer surfaces such as grass. If you don't have previous knee/ankle issues, make sure that you allow your body to absorb the force on jumping exercises during landing which means you need to land with knees slightly bent and let your muscles take on the force.
