You're missing one variable with your alcohol reading on that 37.5% and that's temperature. Most alcometers are designed for 20 degrees Celsius to be accurate
The older I get, the more I LOVE Hershey's chocolate. It's a cross between milk chocolate and dark chocolate. It's the Best! (BTW, I've lived overseas half my adult life and tried chocolate from dozens of countries and can't wait to buy my Hershey bar whenever I'm back in the States!)
Hershey has a contract to make Cadbury in the US, but they don't use Cadbury's recipes. Hershey's is not good. Part might be that they don't use cocoa butter

Literally had my cousin bring a huge Hershey bar from hersheys chocolate world I swear to god I gagged it taste so bad, eat a vomit jelly bean from jelly belly challenge. Horribleee, and they barley fill the bar with your ingredients!
When working near the edge of a roof, workers have to wear a fall protection harness hooked up to a line connected to the roof. I was working a roofing job and the lines to the harnesses weren't connected to the roof. I asked about it, the supervisor said 'well, just don't fall' and laughed. He explained that the roof lines got in the way of the work so the harnesses were just for OHS who sometimes drove by and looked up from below because the inspectors wouldn't actually come up on the roof.
