Did you have any problems with the plugs not being correct? The one I bought neither one of the plugs are right for the bulb it is for halogen which should be right

I was getting fuel cuts and then eventully completely dying with 2 bars on my fuel gauge. Not sure if that has anything to do with what you were mentioning about what happens with the high hp guys or if my fuel level senor is bad? Through obd it was showing 45% full as well. I think I was also seeing that theres 2 fuel level sensors, one on each side? Should I be looking at the fuel level sensors or perhaps the filters?

You have any info on the fan not coming on? Runs fine if I provide power manually. Currently have the hi relay wired to an ignition source, into an aftermarket relay, to engage it.
@@ProdigePerformance and as far as continuity, across which component? I checked the relays to ensure they where all still providing the proper routing by checking continuity
@@DivineBk2 probe the harness It should be red green black Black should be ground Red should be constant And the green should be a trigger So if you take off the main plug let the engine temps get half way and probe each wire If the harness isn’t getting power at the green wire then trace it back or use a circuit breaker to find the break in the wire Same with the red wire

@@LBfrom1900 bk1 and bk2 2.0 parts are interchangeable for the most part. Only a few things are different which are the o2 housing manifold housings and turbo options
Hey man I want to get my genesis fbo and on e85 and some other stuff too. The car already has a full ECU/TCU tune done by alpha speed. I just came home from getting a new alternator installed into my 2016 Genesis Coupe 3,8 Ultimate ed (/w only 24K miles) and he confirmed that my fan won't stop running. They wanted to charge $350 just for the electrical diag and it would have put my bill into the $1K range, so I told them I would look into it myself or bring it back later. Now i'm just going to go buy a few relays/tools and do it myself.
Have a 2016 3.8 genesis coupe with the 8 speed. It has a tune from previous owner. The car locks itself in 5th after a few minutes of driving. When the transmission decides to “work” it skips 2nd under load. (Pulls in first try’s for 2nd redlines and that grabs third.)I plan to change the solenoids but idk if that will help. Anyone else have a similar problem. 80% of the time it’s stuck in fifth. Even from stop or P.R.N back to drive. Turning car off and on don’t help either
Great video dude sorry for my ignorance but When replacing them do the lines have o rings you need to change or no I got my ac compressor but not sure if I need them also how do you charge them after your install it I have a 2.0t
@@phenomphantom5329 yes they have o rings and they’re supposed to come with new ones. Local auto parts store sells them. If you can’t find them re use the old ones but make sure they’re in good condition and make sure they’re lubed up
@@ProdigePerformance thank you for giving me an answer I came to that conclusion a month ago due to the fact that I did not see any o2 sensor even remotely close to the secondary cats but I just wanted to make sure. Appreciate your response.
@@Steven_Bo1 yeah I have to make a updated video, ever since the owner passed it’s been a shit show trying to get products from them. That’s why I started making my own leashes / ground kits / porting / manifold risers and work with someone else to get stuffed turbos
@@ProdigePerformance would you happen to know the new owner personally maybe you could reach out for me? This situation has impacted my life greatly due to my only vehicle being down. I’ve spent almost thousands on Ubers to get to work and get my daughter to preschool. I was asking her if I could pay extra to get it expedited and sooner than 2 weeks because even that was pushing it for me since it would mean my only source of transportation would be down and there’s no buses in my area, and she said she’ll try. Not once did she mention there’s was a chance of it arriving late and now 4 months later this is where we are… all I’ve gotten from her is the machine shop is behind and there’s is absolutely no way of getting even an approximate ETA from them. Which doesn’t make any sense they are using a machining show that takes 6 months to machine a turbo… I just want it to end man. Please make a video soon so hopefully she can realize how much of an issue this is for people and maybe she can get it together… I assume that is why her Instagram comments are turned off, I can’t be the only one struggling with this problem. anything you can do to help man i would greatly appreciate. I literally got fired from my job for being late to much because of Ubers canceling last second on me and now it’s looking like I won’t even get my $1200 or however much it was back, which for me is a substantial amount of money as I’m a single dad in my early 20’s, I had FINALLY saved up for after years of inquiring with her about it. And now it’s starting to seem like I got scammed. Crazy how she’s impacting Dustin’s legacy like this, it’s sad. Please help.
@@ProdigePerformance that’s another problem the card I used to pay is the most shitty card ever through my old job. It doesn’t even have a chip if that gives you an idea and they are about impossible to get ahold of but I’m gonna try again on Monday. The order was for a bk2 stuffed turbo as my turbo went out so I figured it was the perfect time to finally upgrade it and she said it would still work as a core replacement despite it being blown. I haven’t sent it yet, I chose the option to send it after and get a reimbursement

You’ll essentially have to tear apart the motor. Take the heads off and see what’s causing the crank not to rotate Sometimes it can be a stuck timing chain as well
Tight enough lol. The smaller the bolt the less tq you have it on it just a rule of thumb . I have the tq specs on my file but the majority of them were only 9-13lbs that’s it

I'm closer to get this whp but my admission temp is still high (over 35ºC with 22-25ºC as a ambient temp) and I have installed mishimoto intercooler, K&N typhoon air filter also. Thanks ;)
