I enjoy your efforts to make videos for the small community of genesis coupe owners. How much whp/hp can you make that is reliable enough for a daily but still fun enough to do rolls and digs on a stock block with this set up?
Thinkin ab buying a kit but my trans gets hot sometimes and the other day oil temp got really hot and was Smokin out the back no lights or anything drives fine, I’m at 98k miles change oil every 3-5 w full synthetic not sure if I should turbo it or just get rid of the car it’s a stock 2015 3.8 auto
i want to to something similar to my 2010 3.8 track but i almost got 200k miles 😂👌🏽 so i would like to rebuild the engine first, anyone know any good vendors ?
Yep, no need to go upgraded internals unless you want to push past 8 psi. Anything under and it’s pretty safe. I have multiple 3.8s that I’ve put a turbo kit on that are still daily driving their gen till this day.
