We spent our first year of marriage living in a self-converted van on a road trip around the United States. Now, we call Jackson Hole, Wyoming our home base as we spend our winters skiing and our summers exploring the world both locally and globally.

Hi, would you like to switch out of the middle seat so we can sit together. No, I specifically selected the middle seat and paid extra for it. You guys will be back together when we land.
This is some typical younger generation stuff. Putting the onus on someone else to make their plans successful. Then I bet they get all upset if the middle seat person doesn't want to switch.
it's all good and dandy till the middle person won't go along with the switch . Then we see TikTok's of people complaining that the middle person should change seats . If you take a risk make sure you can live with the consequences
