Did this in 2010, but did the Painted Canyon/Cascade loop (19 miles RT). Saw a deer in the morning and moose mother and calf in the afternoon. Thats all. No problem parking at Jenny Lake at 6 am. You didn't go to Lake Solitude at the end of the trail. Lots of people swim there.
It's definitely an amazing hike and a great place to spot some bears and moose! A great intermediate hike for those who aren't quite up to a full-day hike but would like something a bit longer than just an hour or two.
What a content, what a magnificent presentation!!! Amazing video, so much effort has been put into this video that it is easy to see in every scene! Music is just gorgeous!
Okay, elephant in the room question 🤔 What to do about “nature calls?” Ya know, pee in a bottle or bring along a “she-pee” or something like it? Just gettin’ real - we’re headed to Teton in a couple of weeks and just want to be prepared 😂
@@jayxnina Thanks! Gotta embrace all of “nature” while enjoying nature hikes! Loved the video - very informative and perfect timing for our upcoming trip to Grand Teton. Appreciate it! 👍😎
The hard part of hiking in Teton is stopping yourself from going further. There is more awesomeness around every bend. When I was up there a number of years ago I sat down for a rest and realized a few minutes later there was a giant moose right behind me.
I live in Jackson and can’t count how many times I’ve stumbled real close to a moose without realizing it. They love to lay down under a tree and blend in.
Wow these are beautiful views 😭😭 I would love to visit this place one day. Great travel guide and video. Also you guys make me really want a nomad girlfriend/partner 🥲
@@jayxnina I know right!! the van needed a new transmission and I would’ve rather spent that on a new adventure. It sure is magical so far 🥲 love that we’re out here living our best lives!!
