Yes, Pilates on its own usually results in lean, toned legs. I combine many different types of training. Plus your results also depend on your genes. I build muscle really easily in my lower body so that also helps with the way my thighs look

Thank you for sharing your opinion. I'll have that in mind but since I talk in my videos I make them more as if they're a real time class at your gym. I know evething is more spontaneous but in my opinion when you don't know what the next exercise is, you don't have time to procrastinate xx
