Hi my name is Andy Bowrah, you have kindly tuned in and watched my channel called Andy Bowrahfishing My aim and ultimate goal is to create enough interest in my hobby of fishing along the Southwest region of the UK coastline, ideally generating views and follower's and to gain an excess of 1000 Subscribers, with this I would be overwhelmed if my channel would be in a position to create revenue which then would be put toward "Cancer Related Charities" I'd be doing this in my late father's honour who died of short term illness with cancer in March 2019.
Thank you once again for taking the time to tune in, follow, like and subscribe.

Hi Andy great fishing nice congers really good venue to fish mate. Way back 1 Easter I fished down at st audries right up the right hand side to where you fishing probably not to far from the steps the rain was a bit off a pain but caught a really nice thornback ray of about 8lb & about an 8 to 10 conger on my 11ft 6 bass rod didn't catch anyfin on my beach rod. Take it easy mate happy fishing tight lines 👍😎🎣🐟🐟🐟🦈🦈
The weight of the fish still allows it to happen, or if you have a little bit of bait in the way, just use our fingers to pull it up the line away from the hook area, it's a very simple tool to use.
Hi Andy. Im loving your fishing videos. Do you use Rotten Bottom Rigs at either Minehead Gas Beach orcat Porlock Weir Pebble Beach. Are either of them onto sandy ground despite the rocks/ pebbles casting position. The things I always like to learn is where is the venue what species to rarget at what time of the year and which tides to target or avoid. What baits where to get the baits ( we're not necessarily local to the area) what rigs for which species any rotten bottoms how far out to cast. Where to park. Any decent local pubs to stay at perhaps too. So Im not asking for much really 😂
Hi Chris, I'd say most deep hooked fish would probably struggle to be discorged, however there are now hooks and methods to reduce the amount of deep hooking, certain hooks such as circle hooks 99% of the time are in the side jaw also by noticing the bites much earlier, does reduce the chances. The last resort, rather than rummaging around deep, I'd snip the hook off fairly quickly and fingers crossed the fish makes it. Be mindful of how long you have the fish out of water, if incase you are going to snip the hook off. Good luck and thanks for watching.
@andybowrahfishing9313 hi Andy, thank you very much for your reply. Very helpful information and very appreciated. I'll keep that in mind and look to switch to circles. Thanks again
@@andybowrahfishing9313 was out last week but see my arse after 3 hours as my bivvy went over numerous times in wind ,it was a nightmare lol. I'm bk out early in the morning for a 8 o'clock High.
Lovely cast I’m 1ft short of the magic 300 club I still have a sea angler with Andy green and makellow in the jolly green giant or something the write up was Fantastic
Amazing feet non the less, at 299 awesome, yes I remember that article, I think they were over in America on the Drum run, yes the headline was something like that.
Many thanks for watching, I agree and also none of us really actually fish our local waters to their full potential, becuase we go in search of other species way down or up the coast line.
@andybowrahfishing9313 15 years ago was the last time I was up Minehead way been fishing locally ever since, with the occasional hour or so drive to Chesil (lucky to have good fishing near me) probably won't wait another 15 years though, lol. 👍
To think Andys about 5ft 8 and 11stone wet through, it's quite amazing really. I remember in my early 20's used to go practise in the field, with him and by heck you'd never see his land.
