I don't think I'd call every single anglosphere political establishment becoming more and more subservient over time to a specific group of people 'Americanization". I have a different and well known name for that process that doesn't cast the blame on my countrymen. While I agree with almost every observation about “the people”, it is disempowering to say “they are so f*ing insidious”… it’s not just their success, it’s our ancestors failure to maintain control of their civilization. It’s better to learn from the people (and also way easier to be “optical) than to constantly “name and shame” I think.
