Excellent presentation. Needs to be made more widespread to challenge existing dogmas about resistance training in patients with stable spinal pathology.
To all the esteemed doctors and surgeons: Your unparalleled skill in delicately stitching tiny veins reflects the highest level of dedication and expertise. Your remarkable talent not only saves lives but also inspires profound trust and gratitude among patients. Thank you for your resolute commitment to excellence in medicine, and for your invaluable contributions to healing and restoring hope.😊
Thank you for your beautiful video ❤... I always had the doubt that there might be leakage of blood as stitches can provide airtight closure... Keeping a fat pad and waiting for sometime is leading to hemostasis wow!... Can thank you enough 🙏🏼
I've battled this physical challenge of CP for 37 years but while there was a stigma when I was younger, I hardly see it nowadays. When you see someone who is using a mobility device the response is "how can I help them", but the reality is they have to want that help. Weinberg Center is my next stop on my treatment for CP, a challenge the Good Lord gave me, a challenge I have mostly overcome because of caring doctors and the love of many family and friends!
I am Devesh Godbole, Medical university of Lodz. I am an aspiring orthopedic resident at Columbia Orthopedics. I am going to work really hard to get in here as an orthopedic resident. And become a great surgeon

Whoa! Very well presented and thanks for the video! I am here to gain more appreciation of my surgeon father did as he was a graduate of the University of Louisville Medical School in 1920 and this is not a typo. My father was a country doctor in south Missouri in the 40's and early 50's and we kids got to see his closing wounds with sutures and it was as if he had been conduction a symphony as his hands moved so gracefully. Thanks so much for your video and the very best of luck!
Shaved over the nipples several times, left patient basically unattended anesthetized on the table while shooting a video, touched the sterile instruments with bare hands seemingly before the surgery began. Very educational video in most aspects, but let's learn from our mistakes to better advance out practice for the future.
I want to become a surgeon one day, and specialize in cardio thoracic. I was wondering in what cases this surgery would be needed for and how it helps.
Dr. Robert D.Acland , the plastis and microsurgery surgeon, devoted all his life to develope and teach surgery technique. He had a lot of videos that we can learn, such as " Acland's human anatomy ". The videos dipict moving structures in 3 dimension. And many microsurgery technique videos were also made. He died in 2016. REST IN PEACE, Dr. Acland.
Why use a large needle try using a 8-0 prolene with 8mm needles. In cabg sometimes the vessels are 1.2 mm in size and 8-0 suture works fine. I think eventhough u guys used a 10-0 nylon the needle looks bigger like a 26 mm or even more.
