Saie just came out with bronzer in the same packaging as their blushes! They made a light cool toned I’m thinking of getting because toasted is too warm for me.
ooo I checked out Saie at Sephora! I loved their products but were sold out in-store of the stuff I was interested in. But very good to know! I might start using Toasted as more of a bronzer than a contour since it’s so warm toned
Maybe this is helpful for you: my curly-expert hairdresser recommended recently to me (also being a person whose hair dries slowly, i.e. low porosity hair with a 2B pattern), to not touch it at all until it is completely dry. That way you don't break up the pattern. :)
I loved the people I met, the area I was in, and the excursions/experiences that were built in. It’s nice to stay in Rishikesh a little while after too so you can learn more types of yoga or healing or even massage! The only thing is, if you have specific food needs/allergies, this program may not be well suited for you. I did vlog my entire experience if you wanted to see the whole 3-4 weeks!
Great tips! I just wanted to throw in mine: My husband bought me a foldable drying rack at the local Korean market and I swear I’m grateful for it every week!! So much better than hanging stuff on the backs of chairs all over my house 😂 Also: bluing. I saw a video about it here on RU-vid (the channel is Rajiv Surendra) and I don’t wash loads of whites without it now 💙💙
Really valuable video. I was wondering if could help you with more quality editing. I can also edit your upcoming video as a sample to satisfy you with my skills. let me know what you think. keep creating content! 😊
This video is so refreshing especially as a small creator. I feel like everyone romanticizes NYC or monetizing hobbies and it’s so nice hearing your take. Thank you for making this 💕 glad you’re back on yt!
I see so many videos constantly about monetization and it makes me wonder if anyone does RU-vid just because they enjoy it anymore. I’m glad you got something from hearing a different perspective!! tysm🥰
This is so helpful! I’m trying to look for better quality pieces as I’ve noticed how much clothing quality has declined in recent years. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve had items start to fall apart (zippers break, threads come undone, holes in fabric) the FIRST TIME I wear them. Like, they’re really making clothes that are only meant to last a single wear.
you mentioning a flattering lip combo, first thing to come to mind is Lana del Rey! You have a stunning complexion and hair color that reminds me of her!! I do think taupe/mauve would suit you! ❤
This popped up on my newsfeed. Love this message. I’m not a RU-vid creator, but as a creative person who has monetized their hobbies it was definitely relatable.
@@EarthOrNothing unfortunately I burnt out of a few hobbies about a year after monetizing them, but I’ve gotten super into cooking in the last few years and I decided to keep it a hobby just for me, my partner and people close to me to share food with and I’m loving it! Thanks for the reply!!
As a very small (secret) creator, this was insanely helpful! Thank you so much :). I definitely only do it because I enjoy it, and I'll probably never tell anyone about it, hahaha. If it works out as something more, I'll be very happy, but not having monetization is also completely okay. Your video was a great reality check for me, ngl 😅💖
Right!! It should be meant for enjoyment and expression and not a way to pay the bills. It’s very against the point of having a hobby in the first place. I’m still proud of my content (even though I’m not exactly advertising it everywhere) and the privacy of it lets me enjoy it more without outside judgement. Keep doing what you love doing!✨✨
Important topic! It is hard though because at least where I live I´ve noticed that second-hand stores have cranked up their prices even for shein and fast fashion pieces that rich people don´t want anymore and it is ridiculous. Somewhere low-income people have to find clothes to look representable, which used to be stores like second-hand. Don´t get me wrong it´s so good that Second Hand has become more popular but we still have to battle the overconsumer mindset and start thinking more about clothes that last and bring back the culture of sewing skills, repair stuff and learn how to make things last.
Yes!! Super important in breaking our old consumption patterns and thinking “that’s just the way it is” and why I say we need to do better. I’m also glad to see the rise of secondhand, but again, that doesn’t mean consuming more just because it’s cheaper than buying new. We absolutely need to love what we already have and take care of it so it lasts a long time and we don’t need to constantly replace our wardrobe!!
What are your tips for finding higher quality items? I’m not interested in designer, just good quality. I already have limited my purchasing of new clothing significantly, and a lot of my clothing I do have is thrifted, but I find that I have a lot of low quality clothing that is wearing out. I try to make it last as long as possible (I have have one shirt I’ve been wearing for a decade haha and I’m only 22) but half my wardrobe is worn out, and my sweater I bought only three months ago is worse for wear than the shirt I’ve had for a decade.
I’d do as best you can to avoid clothes made from oil byproducts. Those tend to have cheaper construction and less emphasis on quality. What’s helped me is shopping in person and actually feeling the clothes. Once I get a gauge for the materials/thickness/stitching/cuts that I like, then I can look for clothes with similar qualities online if I ever need to online shop. It might be worth trying to repair your worn clothes! Lastly, I try not to wash my clothes after every wear (unless it’s obviously dirty/soiled) and that’s also extended the lifespan of my wardrobe. Hope this helps🩷
Good video! I've been buying my clothes secondhand in my attempt to curb my carbon footprint. Some positive side effects I didn't expect is that my clothes are better quality, due to being from a time when clothes were made to last, and I've developed a style unique to me. Just a tip: try holding the microphone a little farther away from your mouth.
Such a good point that clothes were meant to last back then!! Aaaahh as soon as I went to edit I realized I was basically screaming into the mic🙈🙈🙈 Definitely adjusting for the next time around🩷

Thank you🥰 It definitely will take some work when you first get it since there is such a variation of shades. Once you find your everyday ones though, I think it’ll go by pretty quickly!
very entertaining and nice vlog! i love 30+ min vlogs so much and i think many others do as well :)it creates a feeling of personal interaction which resonantes with many people. I feel like the most 'normal' things of our everyday lives can be exciting to someone else, since we all have different environments / routines 🎬🎬
I agree! I feel like you can get really personal but can still relate to details even if your lives are totally different day to day. I'm glad you enjoy the longer vlogs!! Good to put on in the background haha. Funny you ask, I just started after this video was up!
@@EarthOrNothing which Products do you use, if I can ask?I thought about buying but I’m concerned since I have sensitive teeth and I’ve heard whitening products damage it a lot..
