Good morning from Scotland Fulton. All brilliant pulls, the final one is amazing. I do love when you use copper so no3 is beautiful....... Im always looking at your brayer roll off paper. I wonder if you use them anywhere in your art. I tear or cut up mine and use them in abstract landscapes, or sometimes make cards with them. Thank you as always for sharing your work process......Alioban ❤
Hello Fulton, it’s great to be back. What spectacular pulls, so original and you walked us every step of the way. Loved seeing the evolution from first to the last. Yes, they have the depth of a oil painting. The texture woven within these are intriguing, the size somewhat overwhelming for me to consider tackling. Your skills, talent and eye for color is one to behold as we watch you work. Thank you and appreciate all you provide us with in every video.🙏🏻❤️❤️
I really appreciate the occasional works on smaller plates. I rent a room in a house and have very little space so the smaller plates work for me at this time. I was wondering what you do with all of the fabulous prints you make. Do you sell them? Also, do you think people might be interested in seeing you make some of your collage paper? I know I would!! Thank you again Fulton! Have a great weekend!
Isn’t a permanent marker water resistant? Didn’t know that you can use permanent marker on gelli plates was worried the lines don’t come off again after using … 😅
Love, love your work - as always. Do you thin the paint that you have in the little squeeze bottles? I think the lines you make with them are absolutely fantastic. Thanks for sharing.
I have been missing you lately. Ive been glued to news channels watching the woes of our world. I should know better. I have been using a product to clean my Gell plates and wanted to tell you about it. I use small plates and am pretty prolific, so get them really messy. The more opaque the colors, the harder they are to get good clean pulls. Your baby oil cleaning has helped a lot and I am often surprised how it even brings up color I dont really see until its on my cleaning towel. I thought, wouldnt it be nice to have wipes with oil in them. So checked amazon, and sure enough there are products available. I bought a pkg of 60 wipes with baby oil. They work like a dream on my small plates. Now I look forward to clean up. It is so easy. I thought some of your viewers who work small might like to know about it. I look forward to your next video. Meantime I am replaying some favorites. I still favor the mid century moderns with your marks and suble textures.
That first piece was my favourite. Absolutely stunning. I am so glad that you left it just as it was. I was concerned that you might want to add another layer.
Very interesting work, like always ! ... Maybe usefull to know : For my collages, I use simple white vinylic wood glue which I dilute more or less with a little water. Totally transparent when the glue is dry. It’s very economical and can be found everywhere!
