I know three Kpop vocalists who’s completely in control and always sounds like it. Doesn’t sing safe, but you never doubt that they’re gonna hit whatever they try to hit. That’s Young K, Kyuhyun and Jonghyun. There are other vocalists who might sound more “interesting” or keep you on the edge of your seat, but sometimes you just really want to appreciate the clear, total control perfection.
When I first discovered DAY6, Young K was really the first one who caught my attention, both for his vocals and visuals. I am in love with his voice. The world deserves to know how amazing of a musician he is. ❤️
