It looks fantastic, but I think you could improve the look by using something to act as a mortar, so the stones aren't stacked on top of each other. That should give it a more authentic look and should also help with some of the bricks that aren't directly touching each other. It might also give it a better look if not all the bricks were the same size, and just using more mortar on the smaller rocks to keep your rows level. Everything else looks fantastic though, the terrain, the castle layout and definitely the painting. I'd love to do it myself but I seriously doubt I have the creativity or the skill to do so.
Do not use the plastic sails, make cloth ones. Do not use the preformed realizes, do them the real way. Do not use the preformed deadeyes, do them the right way.
