FREEI (valued at $10,000) and they are letting Fire Victims Pay a small down Payment on their permit and 2 years to Pay it! they offer Grants For Fire mitigation. Why can't Maui County also offer these services.

Bob Fenton never helped warn or save one Lahaina Fire Victim, on Aug. 8, 2023, the day of fire, Bob was in Oahu with Herman Andaya, knowing all the while Lahaina was in crisis and when Bob heard about the fire he never once told Herman to get up and SOUND THE SIRENS! They l Bob and Herman, never gave a damned to sound the Siren to warn People of the deadly Firestorm For 12 hours thereafter!! Oh, how great and caring Bob is! Wake up, lady, your lost and unaware of all the thug negligence and weird and odd responses of officials who were involved in this Fire that resulted in innocent People dying! Like no sirens, Baricades, unjustified road Blocks and road closures, no state of emergency early morning on, no alerts, no water, no scheduled in extra Police officers, and No National Guard till 11:52pm at night, not until all were dead and the town was gutted! Heads will be mandatorily required to be in your Emergency operations Center IF another emergency occurs? will the Police Chief and Fire Chief Be Present in the EOC and agreeing on one incident Command Post? what about EOC Training for an Emergency? Getting any preparedness training? who will be in charge of an emergency? are you learning about how to Contraflow Roads Properly and what is your new Protocol or agreements with HECO IF another wind event occurs and Poles and Lines Fall on your major evacuation exits and OBSTRUCT the publics ability to exit out of danger?? Pelletier has 23 years Police Experience, when fire erupted, he seriously ignored the need for a Full on opening and ContraFlowing of Hwy 30 North at Fleming! He failed to Stop All South Bound traffic on Hwy 30 From Napilli down, as Phone records reveal this traffic was allowed to enter Front Street causing more congestion. Pelletier Failed to also contraflow Front Street. and Failed to contration Fleming West. to Hwy 30 North! He wrongfully closed Kapanukea off of Front St. which Blocked evacuees in Cannery mall trap from exiting Front to Kapanuka to Hwy 30 North! Evacuees were held in Cannery Mall Parking lot ForTwo hours unnecessarily. This was researched via Pelletiers Report and A.G. Report. July, 11, 2024,

This is utter BS! 💩 The sirens were ABSOLUTELY meant to notify the people of fire and You know that! And, You know why this was Not a wildfire- because wildfires do not melt metal!
Kinda shocked nobody holding their elected representatives accountable. Lahaina almost burned down in 2018 and there was a whole after action report. Then the politicians and fire dept did nothing to mitigate a future event. I'd be pissed.

Why doesn't anybody ask Governor green for a moratorium on mortgage payments right now????? Fire victims are in dire need. Where is all that help and great community cooperation that green and bissen promised???? I keep hearing people say they are desperate and are having extremely hard time paying the mortgage payment on the burnt out lot. Over here and Butte County California, the county is going to offer free housing plans for houses and ADUs. (Volume at 10,000 each). All the paradise california fire victims will have to do here is put a low down payment on the permit and will have two years to repay it! Sounds great that sounds like this could work for Lahaina also! If the Democrats over here in California can do it, the Democrats in Lahaina can do it too! All you people have to do is ask them for it. Any kind of help is good help, i hope.😊😊😊😊😊😊
