Hi I'm Aravind. I am a quadcopter enthusiast. Dedicated to make videos on making rc models and technology easier to understand. Many videos will be made as answer of questions and comments from subscribers so let me know if you need something explained! Also anyone can contact me if you want any race quad build for you. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. Happy Flying!
Apparently the FlySky FS-i6 data cable does not work with the FS-i6X. The FS-i6X requires a different type of data cable. ... Please also see on YT ... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8p419msLeyM.html
Buy this version because it just says our name on it. Our competition makes a fake one and its basically the same. Remember to buy it because it has our name. 😆
Chrome is blocking the firmware Usual chaos follows - roughly interpteted means 'get stuffed, generl public'! VERY annoying as I could do with a timer!
I'm always wary of official 'upgrades' when the manufacturers don't detail EXACTLY what's being fixed. Was the FS-i6X having problems? What were they? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I fly thermal gliders, and my particular beef with the i6X is the apparent lack of altitude telemetry support. The Tx lets you calibrate and zero the altitude above sea level. Great. But it makes no mention of whether the fully-telemetry capable i6X transmitter (with an iA6B telemetry-capable receiver) will support the (Turnigy) CAT10 altitude sensor. If not, why not? That'd be a good reason to upgrade the firmware. I've contacted Flysky about it, but they don't answer. They clearly don't care. Maybe it's time to leave Flysky and move up to a Jumper T12. That's a lot more 'grown-up', and works with Open TX and FrSky gear, too...
Nor me- also - the IT presenters favourite stunt at 0:56 secs in - a logo for FlySky - Where did that come from?!! With that , it becomes easier, I think, although all the 'addresses' seem to skirt around the issue of where to get that vital piece of info.. But thanks for making the vid! I (like the rest of the non-pc speak public !) will keep on groping. I used to like groping, although i was in a different sense!
hi..if the factory keep on show up when turn on the transmitter, what seems wrong? is it the board? im out of idea, if u can point me to the right direction it will be much appreciated, done flas fw, done factory reset, but when turn on directly go to the factory mode, thanks
Thank for the video. i am facing a problem with my FS i6x elevator stick. When i push the elevator stick up for little value like 20 to 25% servo didn't rotate but when i push the stick further more to 100% the servo moves to its end point. And when i push the stick down it works fine. In down position my servo gives me little pitch varience according to my stick. But in upward push i only get full pitch or zero pitch. What can be the issue. Thanks in advance
There is page: www.flysky-cn.com/fsi6x and at the bottom is some firmware to download. File looks like with trojan or something with antywirus. But when ran it end with error for some dll missing. Any one know how to workaround? I am looking for firmware updater for i6x to run newer firmware or maybe FlyPlus fw.
This method does not work because Flysky no longer has any i6X firmware to download from its site. So, why does RC Guy put up another youtube video here in April 2018 still misinforming people?
Hello, I'm not an electronics technician. My question, it stands at Banggood, that the iMAX B6 Mini has an Input Voltage: 11-18v. Since I am often at rivers, my question, can I also feed that from a 100 watt solar cell? The has up to 17.9 V. If so, what happens when the tension goes under? Just stop it and it's good? Or would I have to operate a charge controller and a battery? Greeting Goldjunge
Sooo...take the (2) 2.4ghz antennas out of the FlySky i6 radio replace those with upgraded antennas, and use the ones from the radio and attached them to the receiver?
YES...What he did was take the (2) 2.4ghz antennas out of the FlySky i6 radio replaced those with upgraded antennas, and use the ones from the radio and attached them to the receiver.

Matt Jones you can use any 2.4ghz antennas but make sure they are 2.4ghz and not another frequency. routers with non removable antennas often have this type
Me, I just avoided it. My transmitter is fairly new and says it has a March 2017 firmware. I fixed my issue I was having so I didn't need an upgrade anyway.
