I've been watching your channel for a while.......I was immediatly surprised when I saw this footage - I drive by this park on Rt#19 in Pinellas county every day!....you must be a fellow St. Pete resident!
The battery and camera being mounted to a dampened subframe was a smart decision by Emax. Our batteries inherently reduce vibrations in our quadcopters by absorbing some of the vibrations in the form of kinetic energy and converting it into thermal energy and dissipating that into the air. By putting the battery on a vibration isolated subframe, the effect is increased. Thanks for the vid, I replayed your intro flight a few times, the song was really good and the visual/footage was great!
This was a fun yet stressful video to make since all my flight footage was corrupted during the edit. Thanks for watching, and consider supporting the channel with a "Like". Thanks! Buy the CineHawk Mini Here: tinyurl.com/4z9a6p62
Hey man! Any ideas why my tinygo has lost arming capability...? Recently, I had an unsuccessful flash so I loaded my saved original stats back on. Everything shows its working properly in betaflight. No "status" issues in CLI. Nothing to report under the "setup" tab. Modes show proper adjustment values and react to toggling...man I'm so confused. Betaflight is now on 10.10. Is updating betaflight going to do anything? If you could help, that'd be so greatly appreciated!
@6:50 Im following your build with you, and for awhile was worried I got the wrong VTX. I'm still confused with what you said here. But you know what... I trust you lol. Full send.
Followed this tutorial and used a RadioMaster receiver; I actually did the swap before I ever got the drone flying in the first place. For some reason my board thinks it's backwards so I had to compensate for that. The Radiomaster pocket controller is a joy. Now to replace the vtx/camera that never worked right either. They sent me a real dud but glad it's going now. I did an absolutely horrible solder job but it still works :)
Nice Video! Im going to pick one up soon. how well does it fly with naked Action cam? Also you live in Florida too? we should link up and fly I just Subbed!
What was your final weight with o3 and battery? And how is the prop guard compared to the Pavo20? I like the springy feel of the pavo20. It has taken massive abuse from me learning and it still is fine. My GEPRC 25 broke with far less crashes. And it is a bit on the piggy side for staying under 250g. It needs really small batteries to make it work.
I already transferred the O3 to another drone for review, but the weight of the Pavo25 and the 850mAh LAVA battery is 253 grams. The weight of an O3 with camera, and antenna is 39 grams. That’s an unofficial total weight of 292 grams. It’s not the lightest, but the motors are larger than the typical 1404 motors of the past and do a great job. The prop guards are more stiff than the ones on the Pavo20, but they are bigger. It’s really hard to tell which one is more durable.
What are you flying now then? Do you have the avata 2? Because the goggles 3 are not compatible with the o3 right now, right? Or did they release a new firmware update?
Hello again Ive watched your videos about the light radio 3 several times. I commented after I saw the first one and you responded so you are paying attention but are you making new videos. I hope so you do a good job and I need the tutoring if I’m too learn to fly I didn’t mention the first time that I’m starting a little late in life I’m 64 years old. Thank you again I am subscribed 👋
Is the rotor wash(propeller) actually the propellers(rotors)coming loose as it is loaded. The blades are just pressed on correct?? I just got the same model and have yet to fly it. Want to get as much info as possible before I destroy the thing
I want to purchase a ceneape35. It has ELRS, however i already own a rekon 5 long range which runs on FrSky. How do i switch to elrs when i get my Cineape35
Thanks for the video! I have almost the same setup. The Mario 5 frame with the moonlight kit. However, I have lots of jelly in the 4k footage the moonlight kit creates. I have a feeling the camera is too loose in the rubber brackets in front and it is rubber on rubber of the cam. The moonlight camera is really loose and I have a feeling this created the vibrations in the videofees as well specially when it are windy flying conditons (as it always is here in the netherlands). Are there people experiencing the same thing and/or is there perhaps a known solution to this? Perhaps a particular 3d print for a different camera mount?
Una cosa es que encienda, pero otra cosa es ver por cuanto tiempo soporta esa potencia. Sería bueno que hicieras una prueba de resistencia y distancia, para ver si realmente vale la pena y no crear falsas expectativas, saludos.
Man I like your content , I been buying rtf kits for three years , because I didn’t know how to set up Beta flight or ELRS configurators , I just learned the other day & got both now set up on my laptop & how to download latest firmware, I feel like a kid in a candy store now 😂keep up the great content !!!
I bought a mamba mini stack and I was very impressed with the accessories, packaging and the fact there was a metal shield to reduce RF on/from the ESC. It's worked well for me. I'm considerinfg this stack for my next build. The one thing I thinjk it really has over the speedy bee is the VTX switch - similar to real pit if I understand correctly.
Thanks for this video! I'm following it today/tomorrow to do my Mario build! very informative,. thanks alot. Just one question, for GPS, what options for mounting do we have? many thanks!
So i have a lite radio 3 and the goggle that came with my Cetus x I’m thinking about ordering and mobula 7 & a tiny hawk 3 (just the drone) but I need to know if they can be compatible with the goggles and lite radio I already have Because if not then I’ll just only order the tiny hawk 3 kit (radio & goggles) being I’m on a budget , Hopefully you understand my predicament and can help me make the best choice
Hey, great video! I'm intrigued - will this setup (Walksnail VRX + Accsoon Seemo + iPhone) actually work? Could you share more about the connection, battery life, HDMI quality, etc.? If it pans out, it could indeed be the ideal minimal setup for those without goggles.
I need something like this for a trip, im trying to take as little weight as possible. I have a 140w usbc laptop charger. How many 1300 6s lipos could i charge at 1c in parallel? Would this be a good usecase. Of if anyone have better alternatives?
I don't remember is the Emax Flight controller and ESC can handle a 2A power source. The higher voltage when applied to any drone will make the motors more powerful. That doesn't necessarily mean it will fly better.
