For the wiring for vtx to FC, i had a aos5 with iflight blitz mini f722, obviously o3 but wanted to switch to hdzero, but you said the wires are mismatched, how can i match the wire so i can plug this vtx into the iflight FC? Even looking at the wiring diagram im a bit lost
The biggest problem with v2 freestyle vtx is... V1 WHY? if I want to replace mine there is no chance to sell v1 at all. No one will buy it. So I need to stay with my v1 😅
Interesting...can you post a link? It might make sense though since regular Lipos are 4.2, but HV is 4.35. That could too much voltage when you consider a 6s battery.
@@OneManUnmanned I saw it in your video and just checked on the HD Zero website tech sheet. It says 25V max. A lot of people are recently using lighter 6S HV lipos for 5" quads. Example GNB 6S 1300 mAh HV. Hmm... 🤔
I have had a lot of problems with HDZero's vtx's. Dead on arrival! And, the company sucks when it comes to product support. The best that the company has done for me, is send me a used piece of junk as a replacement for a faulty new vtx. So, I'm going to wait and see how many problems this vtx has before trying any of their products again. Good review.
@@OneManUnmanned I appreciate your reviews. Easy to understand. I'm old, so I need easy. I purchased a Betafpv SuperG Nano Transmitter and a couple of receivers because of you. So far, so good. Thanks again.
I haven't had any more issues with heat than the v1. I fly pretty aggressively, though. May cause a problem for those looking to do long-distance flights, but I couldn't say. I'm happy with mine and didn't have any issues in the summer.
