The Ball goes up, The Ball comes down It's not suppose to hit the ground But In this game of lost and found It's hard to catch even on the mound The Ball goes up, The Ball comes down It lands to earth without a sound You make the call, You miss the ball But that's because you'll never know where it will fall The Ball goes up, The Ball comes down Your head spins once then around and round The Ball goes up, The Ball comes down You make the call then you give your ground It may be two, it may be one It may be a grounding moment in the sun The Ball goes up, The Ball comes down And no It's not suppose to reach the ground
WOW ! some really unbelievable plays here! I know a few ball players who were outstanding in their field..Yea, I mean.".just "out standing in the field" Ha ! baseball is the hardest game in my mind and reacquires the most team work. theres no planing a play like these. they have to look and react really fast. the double plays are harder still they have to know where to throw the ball before they catch it and the person has to be ready to catch the ball in a split second. plus the ball is so small. and they jump really far and its not like there landing on a cloud its hard ground.
@whatch4ever the skill cap of baseball is much higher than any other sport. First if all, try hitting an 80mph breaking ball from only 64ft away, or a 95mph fastball from the same distance. Also, these outfielders are about 250-300 ft away from where the ball was hit, to even be able to locate the ball from that distance takes skill. Therefore your argument is invalid.
The last one was more of a good recovery after he read the fly incorrectly.. A stellar recovery but it would have been much less impressive had he not misread the ball
these are only catches wich r of the same type but of different players. watch d video fr first 30 secs and its the same fr the whole video. the first 30 secs are all that u want
Ahahaha! Yes,it is pretty crappy quality... But I console myself with the fact that I didn't make the video. Found it on some old software disc made in 1994. As kids, we watched it, then got bored with it and went outside to play some baseball. Good times, lol...
yea, it was def. from a VHS tho. i used to own it. had a whole lot of bloopers and everything like the cat on the field that scratched the grounds keeper, the clown that got the gate shut on him....
Ah, I don't know. It was on this old software we used to watch all the time. I just named it after the title in the clip, because I assumed that it probably what it is. :D Thank you very much for watching. Have a great rest-of-week!
Not sure what year this is from...it's definitely Mel Allen on "This Week In Baseball"...Mattingly means pre '96, Bo Jackson in a Chisox uniform means AFTER '89 or '90...WAIT! Gallego played for Yankees from 1992 to 1994 . so somewhere in there.
