When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at The Squeeze-we talk about it-"it" being our mental health and well being. Host Taylor Lautner's (no, not that guy, but she is married to that guy) introduction to mental health was at a young age, witnessing friends and family suffer in ways she couldn't fully understand. She started a nursing career in the peak of the pandemic and has been struggling with her own mental health ever since. Tay is joined by co-host, husband Taylor Lautner, in addition to celebrity and expert guests to further the conversation surrounding mental wellness. At the end of the day, we're all pretty similar; even those living in the lime-est of lights can be weighed down by sour lemons. In addition to sharing coping strategies and stories, we hope that above all, this podcast offers the comfort of knowing you are not alone.
Great questions. Great interview. I felt like you both were appropriately compassionate, sensitive, and genuine throughout the entire thing. Thank you 🙏🏻 this can help so many people!
This was such a great guest to have as she can relate to both of you- the hollywood acting world of Taylor and the science medical world of Tay. I adore all three of you, and the 3 of you together? Im going to have a smile on my face the rest of the day. Thank you
I didn't know who Xochitl was until Dancing with the Stars and I just really like her. I wish her the best and helpfully people will realize she is just a regular person like everyone else - she just happens to have a different job. Taylor and Taylor, I stumbled upon your podcast and I'm really likening it.
What a great conversation! There are so many feelings we experience and Maddox's school sounds like an amazing place to learn! Owning and expressing our feelings is something I wasn't taught as a child. I often heard "Oh....you shouldn't feel that way..." I stuffed my feelings for most of my life and I love hearing the school is teaching children how to identify their feelings and that it's OK to feel them! May you and your children continue to grow and thrive, Allison! Thank you Taylor & Taylor for discussing ALL the things! 💖
amazing video .I wish they had this stuff taught when i was a Kid . i am glad that this generation is learning about how to express emotions and being open .
Love Allison's honesty and realism. I watched Steven and Allison's TikTok videos almost everyday during Covid Isolation and I looked forward to doing some of the easier motions with them. Have been a Fan of both since I started watching SYTYCD. I was in Shock when I opened up my phone and learned of Steven's passing. God Bless Allison and their children. Beautiful Family and Show of Unity and Strength. ❤
did you not know what diabetes was? I thought my life was over when I got cancer when I was like 12, Even that was an overreaction cuz the type of cancer I had wasn't necessarily deadly, at least not the first time. here's an example of that: Like if you're told you have leukemia you should just be like "UGH this is going to be so annoying" versus if you're told you have an astrocytoma that's like you're dead in 4 months godspeed. The other one people way over interpret still is HIV. people assume it's like a death sentence or at least they're never going to have sex and it's like no you just take a pill everyday within 2-3 months you'll be able to have sex again, if the other person is on prep then you don't even have to stop, and then you take that pill for the rest of your life and you'll literally notice no difference.
I love discussing people’s favorite and least favorite colors and correlating them to the persons chakra health. Maybe you could do an episode on this and energy healing
